Perfect family escape – peaceful, spacious, and memorable We stayed in a 3-bedroom villa as a family of 9, and honestly, we enjoyed it soooo much. This place was exactly what we didn’t know we needed. The kitchen itself was great and well-designed, although there were no kitchen utensils provided at first (apparently for safety reasons). Slightly confusing when you book a villa with a kitchen to cook. The staff quickly came to the rescue and brought us the basic cooking essentials from the main kitchen. The villa is a bit isolated from shops and busy areas, but for us, that was a huge plus. We were escaping noise, traffic, and crowds and this place delivered total peace and quiet. Everything felt very new and well maintained, the view to the beach was beautiful, and the pool was stunning. The kids absolutely loved the playhouse, and honestly even just walking down the pathways felt calming and enjoyable. The beach was clean, peaceful, and perfect for family time. And the staff? Extra friendly, warm, and helpful—they really made us feel welcome. Overall, a fantastic stay, perfect for families looking to slow down, relax, and actually enjoy being together. Would happily come back (and maybe bring our own spatula next time 😉).

We got pulled in by pretty pictures of the three room villa and private pool but regret dropping 1.1k USD for subpar service and nickle and dime upsell approach the staff had for everything. Pool staff approached my family and young children multiple times to tell us that the children should not be playing in the shallow end of the infinity pool (less than three feet deep) and should be swimming. The breakfast buffet is decent but falls very short of the nearby Marriott and Shilla buffets at their resorts. Items were cold and some dishes were clearly recycled from the previous day…not fresh. The three room villa had three full baths but ran out of hot water when two were used at the same time…and we weren’t taking steaming showers either. I don’t think the main hotel has hot water issues but the villa we stayed at did. We told the hotel staff and they replied back that it’s our fault for taking long showers without them even checking if there was an issue with the water heater. Save your headaches and go with the international branded hotel resorts.

Really an average place, first we noticed the tv channels didnt work, then trying to get information about the buffet was impossible. Place looks run down in parts, broken doors and similar. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The facility wows you with a deceiving outlook of what’s to come for property: big pool, multiple restaurants, etc; however here are three area for improvement: 1. Disorganized system leaves staff on pressure for low customer service. Taipei based with Vietnamese workers= miscommunication & as result, no organized lines, waiting for long time everywhere & on site staff is more busy cleaning than servicing 2. Rooms are dated: house keeping is ‘interesting’ cleaning your room 2X a day (even if do not disturb sign is present) & yet the room itself is industrial with nothing modern 3. Greeters of restaurant do not know enough English As a result, communication getting lost in translation between staff, patrons & management causes an invisible friction of things not being done or things unable to be complete- thus, my rating is 3 stars out of 5 (& that is being generous as 2 workers carried the weight to make me smile).
