We found a bedbug the second day there and we left immediately. Room smelled bad and paint was chipping off the wall in the bathroom. Bathroom floor was moldy and the shower was stained and dirty. Pool was ok but it was overflowing with water. We left and requested a refund for the second night and they denied the request.

Needs attention.

Ceiling was falling down outside bathroom from leak in room above. Bathroom walls had large stains. Furniture was rough.

Handicapped Access

My wife is in a wheelchair. I checked off handicapped access on the Hotels.com reservation. Clerk at desk claimed to not have that information. But ultimately found us a room with access.

Be warned!!

We had no wash cloths not any days we was there. We didn't sleep well, because there were dogs barking throughout the night in a nearby room. Our room key had to be reprogramed everyday. All the ice machines were broken. People had dogs in the breakfast area. The Hotel was old and ran down. The swinging pool was dirty with a nasty film on top. The elevator needs service asap! This was a very bad experience for me and my wife.

Price was right. Quality was fine. Did the job.

We had 2 rooms on 3rd floor. The hall was mostly quiet in the night and morning times. Good. The beds were comfy and clean. Great. The check-in was generally fast. Good. Parking was available. Great. Only one entrance so parking could include a walk. Average. The shower tub drains were slow (creating a small pool). Poor. The AC worked fine (a bit noisy). Good. The towels were sparse (had to ask for more). Bad. The tower racks were loose. Bad. The breakfast was on par with higher priced properties. Good. The facilities is not fresh but serviceable. Overall Good.

One and done - Don't book

Light/fan missing in room, just a mount with wires hanging down. All ice machines were broken. Couch in room was dirty in stained, would not date sit on it. Bathroom fan didn't work. Tub was dirty/stained. Missing art/mirror on wall, only mounts left. Sink light did not work until I realized that they were unscrewed. Staff did not try to fix issues, would not provide a different room. They offered a discount and never followed through.

Very nice staff, friendly and ready to help. Beautiful clean pool and lounge area, te room was clean. But many things were out of order, like a fan in the bathroom, the key to the door wouldn't work - had to ask for replacement. But overall a nice budget-friendly Inn.

Family of 4 enjoyed our stay here. Friendly staff, however, be prepared to wait at check-in. Only 1 person working front desk and the person/process was slow checking people in. The property is outdated, but the grounds and common areas where clean and maintained. Our room, however, wasn't throughly cleaned, I don't think they vacuumed the floors (found food on floor) and only 1 clean folded towel in bathroom for a family of 4 that's staying 4 nights. We chose this property for the pool which didn't disappoint. The pool and hot tub area was cleaned and pool towels provided, also had a nice enclosed outdoor court yard/lounge that you access from pool area. Breakfast area small (limited tables) and ends at 9am - that's too early in my opinion most places that I've stayed were at least open until 10am or later. Overall, would stay here again when wanting a budget friendly place to stay.

STAY AWAY!! Pros: great location, indoor pool & hot tub, and nice patio. Cons: pictures are old. -no air conditioning in our room or public areas! We had a baby who couldn’t regulate body temp yet and the monitor showed 86F during the night! -3 staff didn’t put work order in for ac! Had a meltdown at management to finally get it looked at! Here’s the kicker - person who wrote a review for day we checked in said they lost ac in the suite at the end of their stay - the hotel knew!! -brown spots on pillow case when we checked in and they didn’t have any more. -key cards recoded multiple times a day. -staff disappeared from desk/didn’t answer phone constantly -no towels or wash cloths in the room and front desk ran out?! -all 3 ice machines broken -housekeeping there every 3 days but they never cleaned our room! We were there 5.5 days. Rooms were gross! I had to clean the tub before putting my kids in for baths! Floor was sticky. First night I showered and walked to bed to get clothes and my feet were black! So gross!! -dog policy on their website says dog fee $25/day w a max of $25 per stay. They charged $25/day - two separate charges on my card! -breakfast ends at 9am but staff cleans it at 8:45am. - one door hook on the bathroom door 4 people suite. -exterior doors don’t lock so anyone can enter. -took our own trash out and washed our towels at the laundromat in town. You couldn’t pay me to stay here again!!

The property was not as it appeared in the photos on the listing. The cleanliness of the room was concerning. There was dirt and dust throughout the room, there was some dark stains on the bedding, and there were no sheets, covers, or pillows for the pullout couch.

I tried to like it!

The bathroom was not clean when we got there, but they were able to hand us towels. The fights in the other rooms were a little much. The bug in the toilet was gross. The breakfast was not ready enen an hour after serving time. On day two housekeeping entered and put towls down with a do not disturb sign on door and i told her i would go down to get towels. Not fun or comfortable. Desk staff was nice.

More attentive management reqd.

Stayed 5 nights. No towel changes, sheet changes, used towel pickup or trash pickup in the room. Frequent outages of plates, orange juice, apple juice, sausage and plastic utensils for breakfast. Same scrambled eggs and sausage everyday for breakfast except the last day a fried egg option was offered. Ice machine was broken , staff had a non public stash of ice but was stingy doling it out. Had to ask for wash cloths, staff said they were out but then always were able two magically find two. Pool water was cool, 5 degrees warmer would be nice. On the positive side, staff was nice, outdoor siting area with grill was nice, room was clean/ spacious, room was quiet at night.

Everything was great. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was plentiful, well stocked and managed. The only issue we had was the bathtub had a clog, so when taking a shower it filled quick. Made staff aware at check out.

Worst experience ever!!! Front desk Lynn, and other staff members very rude and no customer service skills at all! Don't seem to care or make a effort to change rooms when giving guests filthy rooms with no working lights, toilet paper or towels upon check in!!! Would not even recommend to a homeless person!

The included breakfast option was good. There was a weird smell in the room, it was very run down, patches in the wall, scratched up furniture, stains on lamp shades, and the carpet was so gross that white socks were almost black after walking on it. There were no hair dryers which was a bummer. Most places provide hair dryers. We witnessed one couple leaving and saying they were not staying and wanted their money back.
