Bathtub has a massive clog, leaving standing water in tub. Maintenance did come up and remove, which was very much appreciated. That said, with the size of what was clogging the drain, this had to have been noticed by the cleaning staff (or should have been)

The hotel was very clean with a xcepiof a black spot on the mattress of the pull out couch. The shampoo bottle fell off the wall when we tried to simply pump it to use it. It was fixed without us notifying staff while we were out. The curtain divider rod broke when we tried to close it. Not the fault of the hotel but other business were mistreating the pool. The hotel staff came in three times to remind people of the rules that were clearly posted. Seems to be a group of rude soccer families. Thank you staff.

The rooms were pretty spacious. The trade off was that the bathroom was tiny and no fan. Lots of steam after a shower but it cleared the mirror fairly quick. Short drive to shopping and restaurants. Even quick food options within walking distance. Breakfast was chaotic around the waffle iron. It would be helpful to have additional waffle irons at the station. The elevator was located at the end of hallway nearest to the main entrance facing Riley Rd. However, the lounge area was very inviting and that entrance was more convenient to parking.

Rooms are very good and clean, but breakfast was average, and it ends at 9:00am, including weekends. Not much left if you show up for breakfast closer to 9:00am, and they put away everything right on time.

The property is very nice, it would be especially nice if you were staying for multiple days. The room suite is well thought out. The pillows were not the best, but the beds were comfortable. The staff was incredible.

Tulip Time Festival

This hotel was just perfect for our girls' getaway for Tulip Time Festival in Holland. Our suite was spacious, clean, and had a roll-in shower for our friend in a wheelchair. The staff was nice and very accommodating. We would definitely stay again when in Holland!
