Comfortable stay/Great location

Great rental! Was spacious and equipped nicely. Location couldn’t be better to enjoy downtown Holland and all of the local attractions as well. Would definitely stay again!

A Gem!

This property is gorgeous and so spacious! We had 6 adults and no one ever felt cramped. The location is directly in the middle of town, which is so nice, and once you're inside, it's quiet and you'd never know you're above a busy pizza place.But the pizza? Delicious!If we come back to Holland, I won't even browse other properties.

Graduation Weekend at Hope College

A great property centered in downtown Holland. Very spacious and clean. You can easily walk to great restaurants, bars and shops. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Holland. Definitely a turn-key solution!

Amazing location and Huge apartment!

We absolutely loved being able to walk down the stairs and into the heart of downtown holland. The apartment was much bigger than we expected. Our 12 month old loved having space to crawl around. Highly recommend!

Great home base for exploring Holland

Had a wonderful stay over New Year’s with family. Property was very comfortable and a perfect location for exploring downtown Holland. Our only (tiny) quibble was that the cookware in the kitchen was pretty worn. But that did t detract from our overall review. Would absolutely reccomend!

Not only is the condo lovely and spacious but Matt included thoughtful details. Thank you for the drawer of spare chargers, featuring local artists on your walls, and your recommendations list in your condo binder. The pie at Crust is amazing, too!

Awesome place to stay!

What an awesome place to stay! The condo was clean and comfortable with tons of space. The location is fantastic and it was surprisingly quiet despite being right downtown. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

The property is clean and the location is very convenient, but we were a bit concerned about security and safety feature. The building is quite old and both entrance doors look to be easily broeken into. For the two entrances into the unit there are two digital locks at the bottom of the staires from outside, but for the two doors directly into the unit itself on top of the stairs, one cannot be locked at all and the other one can only be locked from inside of the unit. During our stay there were multiple times we heard the door with the inside lock giggled as someone was trying to get in, and it completely frightened my daughter and she refused to stay in the unit by herself and we had trouble sleeping at night worried about someone trying to get inside of the unit. We wish there were locks on both side of the doors into the unit.

Great Stay

Love this location in the midst of downtown Holland. Location and ambiance of a flat above 8th street is hard to beat. Everything is well managed and clean. Clear instructions and an available host. Here’s what would make this a 5: it’s a big space with just a little furniture. Maybe work on the seating areas and artwork a bit. Also - a single bathroom isn’t enough for six people. Hard to add a bathroom - but it’s the truth. Otherwise - it’s perfect. Well done by the management company.

Our stay in this wonderfully located, comfortable and convenient property was just what our family was hoping for. The place is spacious and had plenty of room for our family of six to not only sleep but enjoy time together on a long winter weekend. The convenience of the location in downtown Holland is perfection and made the weekend that much better. We will definitely be back!

Spacious and convenient

Great spacious place right in downtown. Walking distance to wedding venue we were in town for and great location to walk the downtown area. Lots of steps to get inside but my 76yr old uncle did just fine. Beautiful decor. Nice large bedrooms also. Lived it here.
