Chris was absolutely wonderful! So quick with communication, willing to help at all if needed, the house was clean and very welcoming and it had everything we needed and more! I loved that there were no restrictions to us bringing our dog, as many other places had restrictions due to size or age. The pool table on the bottom floor was a huge hit for us. I would absolutely recommend this property!

Outstanding Stay for Large Families!Our recent stay at this VRBO was absolutely perfect for our multi-generational family reunion. Finding a place with ample space for everyone – from our parents to their four daughters, their families, and even our parent's great-grandchild – is rare, and this home comfortably accommodated us all, allowing us to make cherished memories together.The property was spotlessly clean upon arrival, and we were incredibly impressed by the more than enough seating for our large group to enjoy meals together. A huge highlight for the kids was definitely the pool and hot tub; they absolutely adored them and didn't want to leave!Beyond the fantastic amenities, the host's responsiveness was exceptional. When we had an air conditioning issue, they were super responsive and quick to get it fixed, which made a significant difference to our comfort.We highly recommend this property, especially for large families looking for a comfortable, clean, and fun place to gather. Fantastic Property

We had a group of 16 family members ranging in age from 1 year old to 82. There was plenty of room for all of us to stay comfortably. The home provided everything needed for our stay even beach towels which was a nice touch. Communication with our host, Chris, was great...he responded very quickly to all questions. The only recommendation I would make is to add storage for pantry items. We all thought a banquette eating area next to the kitchen would be a great addition with storage cabinets. Or add cabinets on either side of the cow picture. The location to area attractions was perfect.

Great for our large family reunion

We had a large family ranging in age from 10 months all the way up to 64, and the house was perfect for all of us! Lots of space and seating for hanging out, plenty of towels and dishes, and a really cool community pool area. The host was super responsive and helpful before & during our stay! Highly recommend this property for a family gathering!

Great vacation

Had a great stay. A couple hiccups, but taken care of quickly. Great communication with host, Chris. The location and property are as listed. Very clean, large, beautiful home. Love the hot tub. Fire pit (and tv in living room) could use an update in near future. Best part was how close it was to everything!

Perfect Family Christmas House

Our family loved this house for our Christmas celebration. Plenty of room for 10 adults, 4 young children and 2 dogs. The bunkhouses, woods & stream in back, and projector screen were the best!

What a great house!! Plenty of room for 25 people to spread out. The entertainment basement was a hit with the teens and the Dad’s. The little kids loved the bunkhouse room. The kitchen was well equipped and the layout ok the whole house was perfect will definitely be back

Family Christmas

We stayed at this wonderful property over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend with 25 people from infant to 80 years old. The property was clean and very spacious lots of bathroom and room for all the basement entertainment area was a hit with the teenagers. The children loved the bunk rooms. We will definitely stay here again.

We will be back!

From start to finish the home and communication with Chris was top notch. The home its self sits in the perfect location, in nature but close to everything at the same time. Me and my boys, 6 and 4 loved the trail and creek that runs behind the house. The little neighborhood is quite to so mornings and evenings on the porch were great. Inside the house is well kept with plenty of room for everyone. We travel a lot and my boys kept say this house was their favorite. We will be back for sure.

Despite being a group pf 21 across age, it was an awesome stay to an extremely clean propeery. It is really well maintained with thoughtful decoration. Really recommend stay anytime i get in future.

Plenty of space for 3 families

We stayed here for a national dance competition at the convention center. We've stayed in Branson Canyon before, so already knew the convention center was close and the pool would be highly utilized. We had 3 families/ 3 dancers with siblings. The kitchen was a big hangout, and we used both refrigerators (upstairs and down). And we appreciated having the 2 tables. One was used for actual eating and the other was used as a bit of a dumping ground for dance days. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the bathrooms worked out great. We never got to use the media space downstairs but it looked awesome. The hot tub was nice for the girls. We never ended up using the patio area (it was too hot). Chris was great at responding when we needed anything. Parking was no problem for multiple cars. Our stay was good. I would recommend this house.

Club Getaway

I booked this property for me and members of a university club to stay in while we toured industries up in Springfield. Chris was very communicative and helped us get an extra day. The house was beautiful and the amenities were awesome. I would definitely rent from him again.

Wonderful stay with 14 guests

We absolutely loved our stay and will be coming back. There was enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably, it’s a beautiful property. The only issue we had, which they fixed immediately was a strong smell in the main bathroom(due to the sink being clogged up), they sent someone to fix the issue and it was all great after that. I highly recommend this property for a large group. My friends loved the rooms with the “bed nooks”. Also the hot tub was a huge hit, and the pool table and theatre were great sports for all of us to hang out.
