It was the perfect week with my son and his family. This condo had everything we needed and was just a short drive to shops and food. Highly recommend checking out Surf City Smash and Maine Lobstah Shack! Coffee on the beach every morning with family was the medicine I needed.

Another great week at Topsail!

The condo is perfect! Everything you need for a relaxing, comfortable week on the oceanfront! Very well equipped - clean - homey feeling - close to restaurants and more importantly, ice cream!! We had a great family vacation! Laura checked on us the first day to be sure everything was good - gave us contact info in case we had an issue later. We did not! This was our second stay at the wonderful condo! We'll be back!

This was our first vacation directly on the beach, and we loved it. The condo was very clean, and was just as described in the VRBO listing. Having stayed on South Topsail Island many times, this is a very convenient location for dining and shops in both directions. The owners are very responsive and friendly. They answered questions immediately, and provided timely updates regarding check-in and check-out (which are quite easy). Finally, they replaced a faulty TV with a very nice smart TV. We will stay here again.

The view and the access of ocean makes this place !

Yes, it’s an older condo complex - but no one cared as we sat on the cover deck and enjoyed the ocean view, a tropical storm, and sunrises and sunsets ! Our condo was clean and comfortable and the host/owner was attentive and we felt welcome at their place.

Excellent location and hosts

The hosts of this property were amazing to work with. We were actually denied by the 'other rental company I can't list here' because they 'didn't believe us'. I'm so glad that we found this location as the hosts were so unbelievably wonderful to work with. The location is ideal and close to the center Surf City as well as small shops and restaurants. The porch has a roof where we could watch the ocean and a summer storm over the ocean. It's a short walk to the beach with minimal people. The condo was clean and just as advertised. Any minor issues were immediately addressed and in fact they went above and beyond when the a/c didn't work for a short bit. I would recommend this to anyone but also want it to stay secret :) Thank you for an amazing stay.

This was our second time staying at this condo. Perfect location right on the beach. Our trip got cut short this year bc of Hurricane Debby but the hosts were very gracious and generous in working things out with us as best they could. Will stay here again!

Great vacation getaway

This condo fit all our needs: ocean front, clean, well maintained and well stocked. The 4 of us enjoyed staying in it for the week. Other units were mostly empty during our stay so it was very quiet. Cannot say about the TV or the pool, did not use. We were on the beach or out exploring all day. Loved sitting on on deck watching the ocean ( by the way great high chairs, allowing a clear view above the railing.). Hope to stay there again.

Just as great the second time!

This was our second time at this condo. It was spacious for four adults and two children. It had everything we needed. The location was great. After check in the host messaged to check if everything was in order and did we have questions. We will return next year.

A week at Topsail Beach

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The house is as pictured with enough space for 4 adults and our 2 grandchildren ages 6 and 3. Direct access to the beach and well stocked with items for beach time, cooking and inside play. Comfy beds and furnishings. The covered deck is a must and we used it constantly. We hope to return again! Thank you again - we couldn't have been happier! We just love Topsail 😊

Great beach condo.

This was a great place for us. We like on the beach and not a lot of extra frills or hassle. The host was great - just the right amount of contact. Very clean house with comfy beds. We like the location at Queens Grant, and this is the best of the condos we’ve rented there. 10 of 10 would stay again.

Feels like home.

We come to this condo year after year because of its cleanliness, access to the beach and perfect value for a family of four. It has everything you need to make great memories at the beach Another factor for us is the pool across the street it’s one of the only places on the whole island that has a pool. The owners couldn't be nicer.

Beach Perfection

We really enjoyed our stay. It wasn’t just the perfect oceanfront location but also the space. It was laid out very well and comfortable for my family. Each morning my kids would go out without hardly anyone on the beach and get in a morning dip or shell hunt. My brother was at the end of the island and I liked our rental much better for location, views and layout. I would use this rental again for a future trip. ❀

This condo is very comfortable, clean, spacious and decorated nicely. Kitchen well equipped. Roomy covered deck and it’s an end unit with no one walking past the deck. It’s exactly how it’s advertised. The hosts are very responsive. Easy check in. We definitely will stay here again.

Great Location

If you are looking for a place with a beach that isn’t too busy, this is it! The condo was spacious and in great condition. LOVED sitting on the covered porch and watching the ocean. We liked that it was a unit on the end as well. The owners supplied little extra touches that were appreciated and not typical at other places we have stayed. So thank you. We will recommend this place to our family and friends looking for a nice place to stay.

This oceanfront condo was amazing! It was very clean, nicely furnished and decorated, and had everything as advertised on VRBO plus more! We thoroughly enjoyed our week there and will definitely rent this property on another Topsail vacation!
