Wonderful stay at Costa Lotta

Just had a wonderful week at Costa Lotta with my family. The house had everything needed and the amenities were very helpful. The beautiful beach was right down the street which we easily walked to every day. The pool and hot tub were great too! The house is in a great location. Close to restaurants, groceries and shops.

Great vacation home

The home was beautiful, had everything we could ask for and need for a week stay. The pictures dont do it justice. The location is perfect, just a few steps to the beach and walkable to the grocery store. We hope to be back!!

We loved this house! The owners were easy to work with and responsive. The home itself is amazing - all the details are taken care of so you can just relax. The labels and instructions were very helpful. Comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and tons of stuff to do both on-site and off.

Amazing Stay!

Our family had an amazing vacation during our stay at Costa Lotta. This was, by far, our favorite vacation home that we have ever stayed in. The entrance to Holmes Beach is just steps from the home, which was very convenient. You can see the beach from the upstairs balcony, which also has a grill, where we cooked many meals. There is an elevator, for easy access to the different levels of the home. Our kids enjoyed the game room and played pool every night. The private pool was also a plus, that our family enjoyed. The location of the home is spectacular and close to everything. There is a grocery store within walking distance and many shops that are close by. Overall, this house was very lovely and beautiful. Our family will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful!!

This is the best place we have ever stayed! It had everything you need and the location was so close to the beach. We walked down to the beach every night to see the sunset, Beautiful! The house was so clean. Owners were great to work with. They were very attentive, got back to us within minutes when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again! It was awesome!

Beautiful home.

Nothing bad to say. The whole experience was fantastic. The home, and amenities are wonderful. Sleeps 8 comfortably, with plenty of bathroom space. The kitchen is well laid out and flows smoothly. Would highly recommend this property to everyone we know. Well done!

Fun in the Sun

This is our 2nd time to stay in this beautiful home! It is equipped with everything you would need!! A few steps to the beach, shopping, great grocery stores and lots of options for eating out. The house is big enough to provide privacy for all. The pool and hot tub are perfect, outdoor umbrellas and tables etc......we will be back :)

Great Home

This was an amazing and clean home! Steps to the beach, 2 blocks from the grocery store, and close to many restaurants! Can't say enough about having an elevator to assist with luggage! Use of the golf cart, pool, hot tub, "man cave" completed the fun factor of this home! definatley would recommend this home to friends and family! Thank you Donna for sharing your home!

Most beautiful property we have ever rented. Was way beyond our expectations. The owners we so helpful anytime we had any questions. The location and ease of getting around was fantastic. The. Condo had everything and more. The bedrooms were super comfy, kitchen was so modern and up to date and the amenities they provide were perfect. We had a girl trip to celebrate our 50th birthdays and already want to book next year.

Wonderful Vacation!

We had an amazing vacation! The location was perfect - close to the beach and close to the stores with no traffic stress. The house was so comfortable and enjoyable to stay in. Everyone had a great time. My 3 year old granddaughter had such a great time that when it was time for her to leave, she started crying and said she did not want to leave "the bestest house ever." There was plenty of room for all of the family to be together and space for someone to chill by themselves. The pool is the perfect depth and the hot tub was so relaxing. We are definitely hoping to spend more vacations here. Everyone had a great time!

Great Location!!

Great location we loved the beach and all of the amenities that were offered to make going to the beach amazing! The house was perfect for 3 couples as we each had our own areas. The kitchen and patio off of the kitchen was well used! The pool and bar area were GREAT!! Just loved it all!! Huge suggestion moving forward
. Carpets HAVE to go! Walking in you can smell the musty beach smell and the house could totally use a great LVP throughout!

great location!

The house was beautiful and the owner's were quick to respond to questions and concerns. Would definitely consider staying again in the future. The only thing I would say is the banister could use some work is a little loose in the kitchen area and the stairs leading up to the third floor along the front of the house the third spindle from the top isn't connected at the bottom and needs fixed asap as could cause a serious accident. Meant to let the owners know during the stay but got busy and just blocked it off so the little one wouldn't have access. Other than that they had everything u need for beach and plenty of beach/pool towels.

I am always skeptical while reading reviews - everyone is super happy on vacation - and frankly I have seen some reviews that rated properties way too high. For this property - it is everything and more as described. A beautiful high end home - very close to the beach - nice furnishings, beautiful lawn and outdoor area. The kitchen is well stocked - no need to bring anything but your food if you choose to cook. It was great having two large refrigerators. We kept food in one and beverages in the other. There were two gas grills on the patio, but we didn't grill out this time around. All the beds and furnishings were of high quality - comfortable and clean. We enjoyed walking to the beach several times a day and especially at sunset. I clocked it - and it took 75 seconds from locking the front door to the sand - so no worries about it being further than what it is described. When you are on the top patio - you can see the water - slightly from two angles. So it is in fact very close - and a nice beach. You don't need to bring any towels, sand toys, etc - it is all right there for you. There are three floors - and the bottom floor - the man cave was a nice area to gather. It was a great place for watching football and playing pool or foosball. We didn't use the elevator much - other than to move in and out - but boy was that nice to have! Overall a fantastic stay - had a great pizza from Oma's I think it was called - and a horrible meal at The Sandbar. But mostly cooked in due to young children. Publix was so close you could walk it - the golf cart was fun to use once to go to a great local ice cream shop near Walgreens. The street was very quiet. Even with probably every rental in the area booked due to a holiday, it was always quiet. Would love to stay here again in the future. Thanks so much.

Excellent Vacation Home

This was our first time visiting AMI and we will be back. Costa Lotta was wonderful. Plenty of space for the 6 of us and a short walk to the beach. The house was beautiful and felt so homey.

Great summer getaway

The pictures of this house do not do it justice. It is beatuiful inside and out. Very spacious and up to date. The kids lived the game room, we all loved the pool. Being only steps from the beach was awesome. The owners were exceptional with communication. Any request we had was answered and acted on very quickly. We loved Anna Maria Island and look forward to booking Costa Lotta again.

The property was absolutely wonderful. It had everything that we could possibly want or need. It was steps to the beach and very central to everything on the island. Working with Donna was wonderful as well. She made the process so very easy. Thank you to everyone involved. Definitely plan on rebooking this amazing house.
