If there was a rating of 4 1/2, we would have chosen it.
The house is the way it is pictured, comfortable, well stocked,etc.
The staff is responsive, efficient and eager to please.
Why not a "5" rating? Two things relating to the cleanliness of the house. The master bath's shower had several areas of mold around the base of the shower. We actually took a photo of it, but my husband says he may have deleted it. The other, also related to cleanliness, is when on May 9th someone came to change the air conditioning filter, I was there and saw it. We change our filters at home every few months and it never, ever gets the amount of dirt on it the one the service man showed me, suggesting they are not changed frequently enough. That's it.
