Beach Life

Very convenient location with short walk to the beach that was never overly crowded. The only thing that would have made our stay better is if the pool light would have worked for night swimming and the water that was supposed to come out of the rocks as pictured would have worked. We did have a pool guy show up with a temporary light but said the house was scheduled to be torn down September 1st so the owner wasn’t concerned with really fixing anything. Also, the beach cart provided had both front wheels broken so we had to carry everything to the beach.

Getaway in Paradise

The house was in a great location, right between Bridge Street and Pine Street. The house was very clean and the pool was wonderful. My only critique is that the kitchen utensils and dishes are old, non matching and some were broken. Some of the furniture could be updated. But overall we loved it.

Great Location, Beautiful Pool

You can’t beat the location and the backyard pool is amazing. We had some minor issues with the pool but it was resolved as quickly as possible with the holiday. Overall, the house could use some updates especially in the kitchen but overall a great stay.

Great warm weather getaway

Perfect pool with all day sun! Only a couple blocks to AMI beach and centrally located on the island. Property management company is large but was responsive to minor issues we had. Tile floors and furniture could use a deep clean, but overall, we were happy with the property and would stay again.

Great location. Super close to the beach. The pool was perfect with kids. Could walk every night to the beach and see the sunset. There are beach chairs and toys at the house that we used throughout the week.

Anna Maria island, Beach Walk

Beautiful house within a very short walk to the beaches. Exceptional home, beautiful backyard with an outstanding pool. The pool was flanked by a tropical setting with palm trees and plantings. The area was in the Holmes Beach neighborhood, quiet surroundings, away from the hustle and bustle of the heavily trafficked tourist area. Yet, within a short driving distance to all the restaurants/bars. The rental company was very accommodating and very nice people to work with. Without a doubt heading back next year.

Convenient place, good value.

Very nicely located, 10-15 minute walk to shops or 15-20 from Pine street (main Ana Maria shopping area). Pool is nice but deep (starts around 4ft deep and goes down from there. Also be aware State of FL requires alarms on all windows/doors by the pool because there is no gate. They’re loud and kind of annoying. Beach is about 1.5 blocks away and very nice. Sand toys, chairs and wagon are nice to have. House was pretty clean when we go there though some spots had dirt/sand. No biggie for us, two young kids ensure that was the case throughout the house quick enough. Kitchen stuff was great to have. Recommendations: Coffee: Coffee Shack Breakfast: North Shore Cafe Pizza: Pizza Social Sweet Treats: Donut Experiment, Fudge Factory (great ice cream) Seafood: Star Seafood (Cortez) Be patient as getting around the island can take time when busy (only 2 main roads after all).

Great house very close to the beach

We had a wonderful time visiting the island. The house is super close to the beach and what a a beach! Barely any people on it and we spent most of our time there. The house was as described and perfect size for our group. The pool was lovely but would have wanted some lights outside for the bbq in the evening. It would also be nice with some more (and updated) utilities in the kitchen as alot of it has seen better days. The house is also missing a drying rack which was an inconvenience for wet swim suits and towels. But despite the above we had an amazing visit and would definitely come again. And if you haven’t been to Anna Maria Island you have to go:)

Perfect location

Location!

Perfect rental, two minutes walk to the beautiful beach! Wagon and beach chairs are ready to go. Property manager is very responsive and easy to deal with. Pool and backyard are perfect! And the outdoor shower is just awesome! Yes, there are alarms on the doors leading to the pool but it is easy to push the bypass button which becomes habit after setting them off a few times! And be prepared to find nothing in the kitchen. Even with these slight issues, we will stay again. Perfect rental!

Little Paradise

When we arrived everything was exactly as pictured. Even better. well stocked, except maybe the kitchen which could have had a bit more but we didn't do a lot of cooking. House and pool area are a dream. Pool guy told us the remodel mentioned is actually going to be a complete tear down and we nearly wept. This place is perfect just the way it is -charming, close to the beach and has so much character. The backyard is an oasis and the vegetation lush. It would be a shame to tear it down and put up some generic thing like is gong up all over the island.

Amazing Place

Our family stayed at they property for a vacation and we all had an amazing time. House was clean and spacious. Backyard pool was amazing amenity as well as nicely cleaned gas grill. We really enjoyed our stay and are hoping to come back again next year.

House was great. Awesome location. Loved the pool. Would rent again for sure. Had to do a little cleaning when we got there but that is more related to the cleaning crew and not a reflection of the house. We asked about renting next year and we understand that this residence is planned for renovation. Hope they keep it a ranch and keep some of the charm.

Private and beautiful location

The home is warm and welcoming with all tile floors, very clean and comfortable with a great layout and plenty of room for 6. The home could use a bit of maintenance, the pool area is very private and the pool is great, the only complaint is that the heater quit working after the first day and maintenance had to come reset the heater mid-week after the temperature had dropped to an uncomfortable level. The washer and dryer were nice to have but the sliding door fell off track and onto our adult friend which initially caused him pain but he was ok after a short while walking it off. If it had been a child the door fell on, the outcome could have been much worse. The door had an (OBVIOUS) attempted but defective repair, maintenance came and acknowledged the shoddy repair and just removed the door completely which is what should have been done before we ever arrived as it was a dangerous scenario in waiting and could had a much worse outcome. Plenty of dishes and beach toys. Close 1 block walk to the beach. I would definitely consider staying again but advice anyone wanting to stay to thoroughly check that everything is SAFE and works as it is intended.

Great location

Great location on island to beach and other amenities. Pool was very dirty but management company fixed it right up. The whole house needs a deep cleaning especially floors. The furniture is also in bad shape. But overall worked for us for the week.
