Great location

This property had a great location with walking distance to the beach, stores, restaurants, etc. My kids enjoyed the pool daily and felt very at home for our stay. Property management was on top of a few issues during our stay and followed up to make sure all was well.

A great house in paradise

This was a great house for us for the month. While this house is not very special from the outside, the inside is fabulous. It is completely redone with an open floor plan, great finishes and lots of space.

We stayed in this house for spring break and it was absolutely perfect. Clean, comfortable and spacious. We loved the pool area and that we could walk to the beach and restaurants. I would 100% rent again!!! Perfect house.

Perfect for two families

Great house with heated pool. Layout perfect for 2 families. Appreciated the beach chairs and wagon. Restaurants and shopping within shopping distance. 5 min walk to beach.

Lovely place

Wonderful family vacation. House was large, comfortable and well stocked for cooking and enjoying. Kids LOVED the pool. Was further to the beach than we expected but we loved it when we got there. Back yard was very dark. Suspended lights were mostly dead and solar spot lights didn't work either. There were no accessible plugs in the outside for electronics or lights. We will certainly be back!!

3 Week stay in Anna Maria

The property was good and pretty much as listed. For 2 of the 3 weeks it was only my wife and I. 1 week we had our adult children in town and there was plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 babies. We liked how the house was kind of split up into 2 bedroom areas and gave us all our privacy. There are 3 bedrooms total and all have king beds which was nice. We used the kitchen, the outdoor grill and and the pool a LOT as we prefer to eat in most nights. Kitchen could be a little better equipped but no major issue. All appliances including dishwasher worked fine. Pool area was great and was plenty big for us. We did run out of propane and called Property Manager and they delivered it within a few hours. House could have been cleaned a bit better as there was sand still in the house from previous renters. Also there was a rug in the house that had a pet odor that we rolled up and took outside so no big deal. A Quick 5 minute walk to one of the best beaches in the country. Also lots of restaurants, stores, etc well within walking distance. Very nice stay overall

The house was as expected and looked as advertised online. Great quiet neighborhood. It lacked cleanliness in the bathrooms and floors but overall great property.

Great except for concussion

Everything about this property was great… until an improperly secured barn door had the top rail break off, falling on my sister-in law’s head and face before landing in her foot- all resulting in a concussion and a damper on the trip. The property manager was great and admitted the doors were faulty- can to fix one and then left, saying they would fix the other after we left. After many attempts to have this made right by the property owner- they said they wanted to do nothing to make this right. If you stay here- I wouldn’t suggest moving the barn doors.

AMI's Gem in the sun

Management was great, had a few minor issues and they came right away, awesome response. The house and furniture was a bit out dated but so very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Nice pool great temperature, really enjoyed the back yard. Only downside is I wish the beach would have been a closer walk but other than that great stay. My family truly enjoyed this property and would rent it again in a heart beat!!

Perfect Location!

Property was just as described. The walk to the beach was even shorter than we thought it would be. We found that the portion of beach that you enter was not overcrowded at all. More than enough space to keep distanced from others and everyone was pretty respectful of that. We could go to the beach at any part of the day and be able to set up in an open space. Property is perfect for a large family like ours (4 kids) or two small families. Something to note, the daybed room is attached to the master. You must walk through that room to get to the master. King beds were very comfortable, pool was perfect size, plenty of patio furniture for all to enjoy, the house had everything we needed! The location is amazing and walking distance to many restaurants, shops and liquor stores. Management company dropped off a beach wagon in the middle of our stay which was very useful! Enough beach chairs and umbrellas for all. We left behind some sand toys for the next families to enjoy. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Fun in the Sun

We had a great stay! Loved having our own pool and the location of the house is great! Close to the beach and multiple restaurants. We utilized the trolley system which is super convenient since traffic on the island is a little crazy! The beds are super comfortable and the house had everything we needed for our week stay!

Great Vacation home!

Looking for the perfect house and location. Look no further this house has the best location. Short walk to beach and restaurants/shops. Very quiet area even though so much is close. Walk to beach is a quick easy walk. Beach is beautiful. House has great space, beds, pool and outdoor area. TONS of beach towels. Washer and dryer work well so pack light and do laundry as needed. Family room furniture reclines and is comfy. We ate most meals outside at large table. Two large umbrellas outside to keep sun off of you and great lounge chairs. 3 king beds and a daybed with trundle. Two nice bathrooms and lots of closet space and dressers. We really loved house and would definitely rent again. Anna Maria Island is a great place to visit. We rented a golf cart which was a fun way to travel. Also make sure to go to farmers market on Tuesdays.

It was a nice place as far as spaciousness and closeness to the beach access. The property needed some upgrading and fixing. While we were there we were without a 2nd bathroom cold water tap for the first few days. A plumber came and said he couldn’t fix it. The rental agency didn’t seem to know that... they sent out another plumber who fixed it within a day or so. Rental agency/property management clearly didn’t have a clue as to what was going on... they called to check on something entirely different. For the amount of money For the vacation I’d recommend Somewhere else!
