The house was nice, but some of the furniture could use updating (kitchen table, TV stand in living room, & twin beds uncomfortable]. The wagon was old & squeaking loudly all the way to the beach. The beach chairs are rusted and a couple mildewed stain. The pool looked dirty upon arrival & management company sent pool cleaners out the next morning. The pool cleaners stated the pool is stained from the hurricane a few years ago. The icemaker was broke upon arrival and the management company delivered bags of ice. The refrigerator had several dents in it. House was in a good location and close to the beach and restaurants. Overall, for the price of this property, it should have updated amenities.

Our accommodations were awesome. Location was great just a couple blocks from the beach, and the house had a wagon, chairs, and an umbrella we could use beachside. House was clean and cutely decorated. The renovations were nicely done and kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The pool was so nice. My toddler had a great time playing in the wading pool area. Pool temp was always comfortable for morning or afternoon hangs! The property management company was so great at communicating and responding to questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Excellent rental!

Great property with a private pool and a short walk to a beautiful beach! Included all the conveniences of home and excellent restaurants are located nearby! The management company provided great communication. Easy check-in and check-out. We loved it so much, we plan to return in the fall for another relaxing vacation!

Great location, poor management

We were so looking forward to a relaxing spring break, but that was not the case. From booking I got multiple emails and calls from the Management company asking to sign contracts outside of VRBO, send credit card and drivers license outside of VRBO with all the emails saying in highlighted text if you don’t respond by X your reservation will be canceled. Even after I completed everything they were still calling me leading up to the vacation to make sure I completed it, but apparently didn’t check before calling me again. I asked for an early check in and they said no, they don’t do that and wouldn’t even make a note of it, and then came back days before my check out asking me to let them know if I was checking out earlier than 10am and preparing me for checkout with days left in my trip. While the location was great with a pool, the outdoor furniture is so weathered you can’t sit on the chairs, heated pool was cold and never felt even close to >80F as advertised and said it was low due to low temps in 30s.. but there wasn’t any lows of 30s. We stayed for 7 days and needed to purchase everything from coffee, garbage bags, laundry and dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel, etc.

I rented this “5 star” property specifically for the heated pool and private outdoor amenities. This trip was a gift to my older mother and the heated pool was a big deal. Unfortunately, she couldn’t use the pool during our entire stay because its heater was broken and had been for several weeks. The property management company (PMC) was contacted, multiple times about the heater and condition of outdoor furniture. I was told a vendor would fix the heater on day 4 of our stay; that did not happen. All the outdoor dining chair seat were worn and ripped and had been for quite a long time. I was told these would be replaced, but that didn't happen and was later told the owner had to approve replacement. I never heard from the PMC to follow up on the pool heater or dining chairs. The beach cart was rotted out and that was replaced on day 5 of our 7 day stay. I understand this is a beach property and things weather etc...., but these need to be monitored, fixed, or replaced as needed, especially when they are advertised as amenities. Also, it is not the guest’s job to take photos and send to PMC. These issues were communicated to the PMC within hours of our arrival with multiple follow up calls by me during the first few days of our stay. It was frustrating to receive multiple texts from the PMC during the first few days of our stay asking if there was anything they could do to ensure a pleasant stay and to alert them of any maintenance issues when I had already alerted the PMC of challenges multiples times and then those challenges were not rectified or further acknowledged.

We loved it here if I would change anything it would be to put in a little more spoons and take off the darn alarm on the patio door or at least have the option of turning it off

House is ok, but the whole commercial process and fees are arduous.

This office that manages this property will flood your email with spam and push you to leave before 10 AM. Huge unnecessary fees and commercial approach. :(

Perfect for family of 4

House was perfect, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and bbq. It was clean. We felt like it was home away from home. The location was perfect with walking distance to the beach. The pool was the best part for our little ones and it was heated. The beds were comfy and the decor was beautiful. Beach my vibes but subtle. Quiet and nice neighborhood. (4 and 6) there was cable and other services like Netflix and Disney+. It was easy to reach out if we had any questions ans quick response. I have no complaints 10/10 would recommend :)

Wonderful property and great company to rent throughWe enjoyed every minute of our stay there was a Wi-Fi issue but it wasn’t their problem it was spectrum’s problem and the property was absolutely wonderful and easy to check in and they were very gracious when the COVId Hit. We would definitely book through them again when we go there
