Ceci est une villa rénovée de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain avec jardin privé, piscine chauffée privée et à seulement 75 mÚtres de la plage! Beaux nouveaux comptoirs en granit, appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et carreaux dans toute la maison La maison dispose d'une télévision dans chaque chambre, d'une laveuse et d'une sécheuse pour votre confort, de la télévision par cùble, d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, et plus encore! AprÚs une longue journée passée à bronzer sur les plages de sable blanc de l'ßle Anna Maria, vous pourrez vous rincer la douche avant de vous installer dans votre piscine privée. Organisez un barbecue en plein air avec le gril à gaz fourni, puis retirez-vous à l'intérieur pour recommencer le lendemain! Vous ne voudrez plus partir une fois que vous aurez vécu votre petit coin de paradis et de vie insulaire. Louez les deux cÎtés, Beach Retreat 204 et Beach Retreat 206 pour une escapade en famille ou entre amis pour un total de 6 chambres. Vous trouverez également un canapé-lit dans le salon.

Great Villa in a Great Location! Just one block from the beach with easy access! Pool was beautiful and we enjoyed it everyday of our stay! House and pool were very clean and comfortable! We will definitely stay here again!

Great family trip

We ended up booking this property last minute after the condo we were planning on staying in was struck by lightning. All of the staff we spoke with were helpful and accommodating. While we have always stayed beachfront and were worried about beach access, we found it was only a short block to the access and very convenient. Having a private pool to come back to after a day in the sun was a nice bonus. The house had everything we needed and a great washer and dryer. It was clean and ready for our arrival. We would definitely consider this house again in the future if we decided to move off beach front.

Nice duplex near beach

Nice, very clean house. Well equipped large kitchen. Beach chairs and wagon. Private heated pool. Comfortable beds. Short 5 min walk to beach and gorgeous sunsets. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Our family stayed here for our 2nd time and we couldn’t be more happy with the location and the property itself. The private pool was such a nice touch and got plenty of use from us! When anything came up a quick text sent to the property manager and they had someone come out to fix it or let us know when someone would be by. We would definitely stay here again!

Great House

This was the first time we stayed in Holmes Beach and we were nervous about not being closer to Pine street but after our stay we might prefer this location more! The house was so close to the beach and our teens loved the pool. The landscaping made it feel very private. I especially loved the sliders in the living room. It made the living space feel more spacious and I could watch the kids easily from inside. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location!

Rental was in a cute neighborhood that we enjoyed walking every day. It’s an easy walk to beach! The rental was spotless when we arrived! The outdoor area and pool were my favorite part. The pool was heated which was great since our weather wasn’t the best during our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Awesome house

House was great! Family of 6 and had plenty of room. Beach is 2-3 minute walk right across the street. House had beach chairs, cooler, & some beach toys. Pool was warm and very clean. House has everything you need. Very clean, plenty of kitchen/cookware, grill, comfy beds and is just an awesome house. Property group is SUPER responsive and will take care of whatever you need right away
like sameday/within hours. We are going to book this house again!!

We had a wonderful time. Beach was beautiful and only a block away. Plenty of local restaurants & stores. Best part was extended family rented the unit next to us. Customer service personnel were very helpful. Definitely would recommend.

Wonderful house

I rented this house for our week vacation. House was clean, spacious, and convenient located. The house is very close to the beach we walked for like not even 2 minutes to the beach
 Communication with management was efficient by phone and text message. The house description matched and the pool is great. My family and I enjoyed our stayed there and definitely we will stay again there. The only downside of the house are Palmetto bugs we called management on Saturday and by Monday pest control was there. After the visit we saw less but still were there just make sure you wash everything before you use in the kitchen the good thing is that I brought all kind disposal utensils and we did not use plates and other things from the house.

The property was spacious. Very convenient beach access and also for shops. Great to have a heated pool. Kitchen was reasonably stocked, but basic cutlery. Really liked having the beach chairs and towels Living room rug could be cleaner, bed linen was adequate .

Great location. Plenty of space for 5 adults. Close to beach. Private pool a great bonus. We would definitely go back. Had a few issues: check in was slightly delayed; outdoor area by the pool had litter from previous guests and pool was not cleaned; grill broken. Most of our communication about these issues was positive.

Spring Break - 2021

Had a great stay at this AMI Locals property. The unit was clean, well laid out for our family of 5 and an easy skip to the beach for sunset every night. The heated pool was a major plus and we used it as much as the beach. Looking forward to our next trip to AMI!

AMAZING PROPERTY!

Pictures are accurate, and the unit was very clean. Smart TVs with Roku in the bedrooms. Would like to have had that on the tv in the living room. It didn't work real well, but we got along fine. Super close to the beach. About a 1/2 a block to walk there. One of THE nicest properties we have stayed in during the last 12 years we have been traveling to Florida. Hands down THE best property management group as well!! Hope they start managing properties in the Fort Myers Beach and Naples areas where we travel most. We hope to come back!

AMI sunrise experience

Very nice property close to the beach. We had issues with the washer and dryer as it destroyed multiple items of clothing. There was also a strong skunk smell that lasted all week. When we called maintenance for the door it was fixed promptly. All in all we would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay over Christmas 2019. Great location, only a 3 minute walk to beach, house was stocked with beach chairs, a wagon and 2 bikes. We also got a lot of use out of the heated pool. We had a family of 8 adults, so house was a tad cramped for that many but still functional with use of pull out bed in sofa in family room. Beds are very firm, house was super clean, great for a family of 4-6.

Perfect location, great for families

The house was perfect for our family of five. Very clean, plenty of space. So close to the beach. It is part of a duplex, but the backyard is very private, it’s so nice. I wouldn’t change anything.

Better than expected

This was our first time renting a property. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. New furniture- new beds- an older home- but has been kept up very well. It was conveniently located to beach and the PM was always prompt in responding to our questions. Hope to go again!
