Wonderful property!

We love staying at this house! It has everything we needed for a perfect relaxing vacation with friends! We spent days at the beach, came back to house for pool time, and out to dinner! Fantastic retreat!

Nice Stay

Great location. Short walk to the beach where we could watch the dolphins each night while we waited for the sun to set. Plenty of room for all of us and a great open concept where we could all be together and enjoy dinner and games.

Fall stay

We stayed at the property one week after the hurricane. They did a nice job of cleaning up the property with the exception of the pool area. The elevator did not work but they fixed it right away. The dishwasher didn't wash dishes very well and did not dry them at the end of the cycle. Management attended to our concerns the best they could. The location to the beach was great and you could walk to restaurants. The noise in the front bedrooms was an minimal issue so if you are looking for total peace and quiet, you need to stay one street in. The inside of the property was nicely decorated. The kitchen utensils and pots and pans need updated! This was the first time in the area and we enjoyed Holmes Beach. We had the opportunity to drive around and the location we stayed in was a nice area. I don't think you can go wrong in any area in Anna Marie Island!

Wonderful location but property needs upkeep

Just stayed at Attitude by Latitude for the week with my family. The location is perfect- right down street from beach. Pros: large house with pool. Plenty of places for kids to sleep, tons of kitchen accessories and the rental agency was super quick to rectify any issues we had. This house is right on Gulf Drive but it isn’t loud at all. Lastly- the washer and dryer is awesome to have and washer is big so can fit a lot. Cons: The rental wasn’t properly cleaned upon arrival, we actually had a dirty sock in a guest room closet floor and there was pet hair all over on the floor in the half bathroom. The screen door is busted and there is a dirty rolled up carpet in the pool area that could be easily thrown out. There is also black mold growing on the ceiling of the master bathroom shower. The a/c and the elevator wasn’t working as well but was quickly fixed once we notified the rental agency. All and all- if these issues can be fixed it can be a great option for a vacation rental.

This property was a great fit for our family. Shaded pool. Ocean just a short walk from house

Would definitely rent again. The elevator is an added bonus and the house would be great for grandparents, parents and their children. Something for everyone.

Beautiful home, convenient location

The house is beautiful! The kids loved the jetted tub upstairs and the elevator. The pool is on the smaller side but great for a little one learning to swim. The house has plenty of plates and bowls but didn’t have extra trash bags. We loved having a fridge near the pool for beer and snacks. The house has tons of beach equipment and toys which saves you the need to stock up! We loved Anna Maria Island and will definitely be back!

A short walk to the sunset!

We loved the location and functionality of this home. A short walk to the beach - (and ice cream!) the convenience of a well-stocked kitchen and the additional downstairs space with foosball and the patio really made for a nice week. The pool is a little smaller than the photos make it appear - but we still loved having it. Overall - the home was perfect for our needs and was a perfect place to vacation.

Great time and beautiful house.

We had a great week at this property. The only shortcoming is the street noise in the front bedrooms. However, I would stay there again. The walk to the beach is ideal and a less crowded beach bc fewer homes in the area.

Our second stay at this property great house and location,clean and well equipped. Very short walk to the beach with the provided trolleys and beach equipment .Nice evening stroll to restaurants.Highly recommend a stay here ,we will be back for sure .

The house is absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this property for a family of 5 or 6. The furniture and all of the interior finished are high end. The house close enough to the beach to walk. There are plenty of beach chairs and beach carts and pool floats so u don’t need take anything. The rental agency also was very accommodating and friendly. I will be staying there again soon.

Fantastic family vacation home!

'Attitude By Latitude' was all the listing had promised. My family of five enjoyed the property very much. Everything about the house is perfectly planned. The pool although petite is a perfect break from the beach. The house is very conveniently located to convenience and the local food store. We really appreciated all the beach amenities great beach chairs and umbrellas! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home in a great location - quick walk to the beach or to shopping/cafes. The house had everything we needed and extras that were a huge hit with our kids - Wii and Foosball! The master suite was lovely. All the outdoor seating was great for afternoon reading and evening cocktails. The pool was smaller than the pictures make it look but still great for our two kids and perfect temperature. The only other info I'd share is that the bathroom layout isn't ideal for multi-family use. Would have loved a connected bathroom on the main floor bedroom and a lower level bathroom for easy access from the pool, but can't really complain. Just one of those things we noticed.

Beautiful well maintained home. Master bedroom spacious and lovely! Kitchen well equipped however a salad spinner would be great! Pool area small but nice furniture and gas grill. The AC is very loud also traffic from Guld Rd can be annoying when sleeping. Close easy walk to beach. All in all a nice place.

Wonderful vacation

This vacation home has it all! The owners spared no expense from the pots and pans to the wonderful outdoor living space. Just a block from the beach. The wagon made it easy to get the beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler down to the beach. We will absolutely rent this one again. When I sent an email maintenance was there within the hour. I was very surprised they came that quickly. The house is big enough for people to have privacy and it's cozy enough for family time.

What a great house! It was equipped with absolutely everything we needed including beach chairs with a great wagon to take to the beach. The kitchen had top of the line everything. All we had to do was unpack and start to have fun. I highly recommend this home.

Great place to stay!

We stayed as a large family of 6 and one toddler and this was the perfect place! Bedrooms were very spacious, had everything we needed and kitchen was completely stocked. The house is updated and very clean, and having laundry on site was a wonderful bonus. There is everything you could need for the beach and the pool, you really only need to bring clothes and your own food. We were able to check in early and were given recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Anna Maria Accommodations was a pleasure to deal with. We will definietly be back!

Chilled Out!!

Fab house with everything provided and 2 minutes walk to the beach. The pool area excellent with sunbeds and lovely seating area with outside seating area plus bar stools with eating area, bbq and large fridge/freezer. Inside living area beautiful and excellent kitchen. Master bedroom over all of top floor. Just a lovely house, we really enjoyed our stay. Five minutes drive to Publix and close to good restaurants and bars. Would definately book again.
