Ein schönes Haus, sauber, Küche mit allem ausgestattet, das Bad für die zwei Doppelzimmer ist sehr klein, Doppelbett oben sehr schmal, nicht für zwei Erwachsene, leider war die Poolpumpe des öfteren defekt wurde aber durch die Agentur immer schnell behoben, Beach Equikment war leider in einem Katastrophalen Zustand, Schirm komplett zerstört, Stühle sind durchgebrochen aber auch dieses wurde durch die Agentur immer schnell behoben, Tipp: lieber weniger Playstaions und Fernseher, dafür anständige Stühle für den Beach und mehr als zwei Liegen am Pool. grosses Kompliment an die Agentur toller Kundenservice

Lovely Family Getaway

The property was on a quiet street and close to everything....Pine Street, easy walk to the beach, etc. I would agree with past reviews that the interior is tired in places ie. wallpaper, kitchen tap, one blind didn't work and the stairs are not suitable for those with mobility issues (2 full flights to the bedrooms). The space was well laid out and very comfortable for our party of 4 adults. The kitchen was well equipped and we found it helpful to have laundry. The property manager was exceptionally responsive and helpful. The battery was dead in the keypad for entry so we waited for help in order to get in. No big deal. We loved the privacy of the backyard and enjoyed the pool. We were lucky enough to enjoy ocean and pool swimming every day.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. Lots of space, clean & comfortable. 2 sets of blinds in the bedrooms need replaced and the shower curtain in the main bathroom is very mouldy, I did message the company about this but received no reply.

Great house!

Great place to stay for vacation! Pool was dirty when we got there and they sent someone out right away to clean it for us. Be ready to climb some stairs when you get there though. Also trying to get the TVs to work was almost impossible, from most of the remotes missing batteries to trying to figure out how to get to the cable. Everything was very clean, plenty of kitchen equipment to make you feel like you were in your own kitchen at home. Overall it was about 8 minutes to walk to the beach from the house. Great place to stay, would recommend!

Great location and street

We loved where this house was located. Enjoyed the deck and pool area. Lots of steps! We had to have the shower liner replaced due to mold. Some of the wallpaper needs repair/replacing. Many of the window blinds either didn't close or open. We were there during Elsa, and we were the only unit that lost partial power--fridge, fans and AC--so that wasn't fun (i.e., two trips from the power company). But the maintenance folks were responsive and overall, we had a nice stay.

Very nice but a little different than expected

We arrived and the island was VERY busy and after talking to AMI natives it is like that all the time. I was expecting things to not be so busy with all the reviews out there. The house was nice but some of the things weren’t quite working. There were 4 bikes but that only two worked. My husband fixed one of the two that were broken. The wagon wheel was broken and fell off 1/2 way to the beach. Other than that things were good at the house and the proximity to the beach was nice.

Beautiful place

This house is beautiful as well as AMI! Depending on age if you mind the 32 steps. It would have been nice to have had a regular size sauce pan. There was only a super small one or a huge pot. However it was nice to have the crockpot. We had ran out of propane and just a simple call and we had more that day.

We were disappointed in the cleanliness if the home. Floors were not clean, in particular. There are a lot of stairs up and down in house that should be more evident in listing description. Towels were plentiful! Outdoor furniture needed cleaning. .

Great house including step workout!

Great house for folks who are up for stair climbing. Nice pool with waterfall. We found broken Venetian blinds in two bedrooms and floors that we’re dirty throughout the house and porch.

Great Place for our Family!

Our four children and I had a wonderful time here! The location was what made us choose this rental, and it was only a short few minute walk to the beach. We enjoyed the large wagon available to us which we used to take our kids and toys/chairs to the beach. The pool was great, and I appreciated the alarm on the sliding doors for our kids.

Disappointed in walk to beach. It was longer than 2 to 3 minute walk especially for those over 65. Kids and young marrieds probably wouldn’t mind, but too far to drag beach needs.

Beautiful rental

Highly recommend . Everything was great. I had several questions that I called upon before and during our stay and and had an immediate response . Very professional. The home was beautiful and clean. Loved the area and just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend rentIng a golf cart it’s a blast. We cooked because of the pandemic and noticed the baking sheets and sauce pan was need of replacement . All appliances worked great. The pool was cleaned and checked on twice by AMI. Loved it and the ping pong table. Thank you for your hospitality .

Not to far from the beach.

It was a nice house, but had to call maintenance a lot. We didn’t get to swim in the pool until Wednesday, which was half of our vacation. The whole reason I got this house was for the pool. Really felt I deserved a huge discount for all the trouble. I could have gotten a house for cheaper if I knew the pool was going to be so disgusting.

This property was 3 minutes from front door to beach. The trolley was one block away. Perfect stay! Two couples shared this condo for 3 weeks and we had plenty mod space.

Family Holiday

We enjoyed our stay in Anna Maria Island. Property Managers were responsive and very good. Home was as described, clean with nice and functional furniture. We had a heated pool which our Granddaughter used daily. This is our second visit and we look forward to our return.

Great, but has black mold and they can’t keep the pool clean.

The company was great to work with, and it’s a lovely property. Unfortunately, though, we found black mold in the pocket door of the closet. They came right away to try to clean it, but cleaning the recess is impossible. I could smell the bleach from the lower level as it was being cleaned, which also means the mold was circulating. By law, the situation is a huge liability and health issue, and our property manager was attentive, but not proactive at all to make the situation right. Hopefully they step up to acknowledge their lawful responsibility to uphold the implied warranty of habitability. We stayed because we had no other options, so we are hoping there are no health repercussions. What a legal mess that would be. Secondarily, the pool and patio were filthy upon our arrival. The patio needs a serious power wash. The next door condo has the same situation with overhead growth and debris, but their pool was always gorgeous and sparkling clean, so the property manager should probably fire their pool cleaners. Hopefully these issues can be resolved soon, because we otherwise had a great stay.

Excellent House to stay in Anna Maria Island

The house is large and comfortable for 6 adults and 2 children, it is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The exit to the beach, which is fantastic, is 2 1/2 blocks away but it is nice to walk them. The equipment of the house is very complete, everything you need for cooking is available, towels for the pool, bicycles for walks on the island, etc. I have to say that the barbecue area would need a little more care and detail to enjoy the pool and garden area, very pleasant by the way, on the warm nights of the island, you would also need some lights in the garden. The cleanliness was perfect inside the house, except for the barbecue area. The pool was clean and had a very pleasant temperature. In summary we really enjoyed our stay in Anna Maria Island and in particular this house that, with a few small arrangements would be perfect
