Diese Unterkunft wĂŒrden wir jederzeit wieder buchen!Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt.Das Haus ist komfortabel ausgestattet.Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch nur ein Katzensprung vom Strand entfernt.Wir haben uns lange auf diesen Urlaub gefreut und unsere Erwartungen wurden erfĂŒllt!

Pros: The house was gorgeous, it had everything we needed, the kids loved the pool and ping pong in the basement, the location was perfect, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Cons: the ice maker, washer, and hot tub didn't work during our stay. The Sato Real Estate company did make efforts to fix these items, but were unsuccessful. They did work with the owners to make things right. We would stay here again!

Location is great, but the property description is inaccurate.

Location is great. Easy walk to and from beach. Street is loud with all the traffic but that is to be expected. The description of the home claims it has a screened in porch, but it does not have a screened in porch. Be sure to bring bug spray because the bottom porch and top porch areas are overrun with mosquitoes. While we were there we noticed the washing machine didn't actually wash the clothes. Reported it to the management company but no one ever fixed it. We actually had to leave a day early because we had no clean laundry. Someone did come by to ask what was wrong with the washing machine but couldn't tell us when it would get fixed. The enclosed garage with the pool table and ping-pong table are virtually unusable due to the heat and the space isn't cooled. There is an AC but apparently the owner had to disable it. Location is great. But the property is not at all as described in the listing and it has several features that either don't exist or can't be used. Would not rent this one again.

Spring Break at LaBella Casa was FUN!!!

We had an amazing vacation! The house was perfect, very clean, spacious and the ideal location. We had 3 teenagers with us and they were able to easily navigate the island from the house. The beach is so close, in less than 2 minutes your feet are in the sand. If you’re considering this property don’t wait, book it.

Beautiful location very close & easy walking to the beach The house lay out is great,all on one floor. Check in was easy. As for the house furnishing it is need of some updating, namely couch, dirty, uncomfortable, living room rugs need shampooing or replacing, stained. House needs a deep cleaning,of all blinds,wood work.etc. Hot Tub never worked for the whole month of Feb. Property Management did make every effort to get it to work. ( need new one). In all fairness the response from them was great in all other areas. Owner needs to invest in furnishing

Great Location, Slow Communication

Clean beds and bathrooms, A. Great location across the street from public beach access. Updated and cute decor. Hot tub only worked the first two days of our stay. Response to communication about that took a day or more and it was not resolved so we didn’t have use of the hot tub for the majority of our stay. Management company seemed unbothered by our complaints that we booked the property based on hot tub access. Coffee machine and washing machine weren’t clean.

Excellent location on the island. So many fun things to do at the house (pool table, ping pong, corn hole, hot tub, or just relax on the porch). It was a wonderful experience. I miss it already.

Beautiful Home

This house is spacious and beautiful it literally is right across from the beach and you can get a peek of the beach from the balcony! The rental company is very responsive and came within an hour to fix a toilet that kept running. They also sent us a new huge fry pan and spoons when they were notified that there were a couple things the home should have had. I’d rent there again if I went to AMI! Master bed is very very firm
I guess better than a saggy bed.

Great location!!

We had a great stay at this property! The location was excellent, right across the street from the beach. Just load up the wagon and go! The house had plenty of room and was very clean. Easy drive to restaurants, stores etc. Nice basement with ping pong table and pool table, and a nice deck for sitting in the evenings. Would definitely stay again!! Thanks for a great week!

Beautiful home!

The home was clean , beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen of any rental we’ve stayed at! Every possible appliance, cookware piece, tool, etc was in this kitchen. The gulf is visible from the screened in porch area, perfect for coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the evening. The short walk to the beach was great as we had our toddler granddaughter with us. This was our first time visiting the island and we loved our stay! Our only suggestion would be to replace the pillows on the beds.
