The spacious balcony faces Tampa Bay with direct views of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge — one of the most distinctive views available from a vacation rental on Anna Maria Island. Sunrises come up over the bay every morning from this position.

The backyard offers direct bay access — guests swim, kayak, and fish from the property itself. Two heated pools and a tennis court are available within the community. Manatee Beach on the Gulf is a 5-minute walk. Publix, CVS, shops, and restaurants are all within easy walking distance.
