WELCOME! Make your memories here. This peaceful and centrally-located vacation home is guaranteed to please! Join us for our first season in this brand new upper level suite. Easy walking distance to the hospital and parks on the hillside or a leisurely 15 minute walk into central Homer for a visit at the Pratt museum or coffee at one of our renowned coffee roasters or continue on down to Bishop's beach for tide pooling or lunch at Two Sister's Bakery. Explore Old Town art and eateries. RELAX! ENJOY our sunkist afternoons on the deck.

The kitchen, dining area, and living room overlook Kachemak Bay and off over towards Grewingk Glacier. This suite has 2 bedrooms and in house full laundry. The Master bedroom offers a king bed with an ensuite full bathroom complete with a bidet. The second bedroom has a queen bed. We offer sleeping pads for the floor if you have children traveling with you and you need extra beds. Both bedrooms have adequate space to accommodate floor pads. Our front deck is an excellent place to grill your catch of the day and dine out in the fresh air with an AMAZING view.

Beautiful views north of Homer

Review of Augustine Sea Watch - lovely home on outskirts of Homer. Perfect for a family or two couples. Connie warned us about the steps - outside down to the home and bedrooms are not on the main level. Because we're a couple, we did not use the upstairs bedrooms, but the king bed (very comfortable) in lower level with attached bath. Home has beautiful views, well-equipped kitchen, good wi-fi. We enjoyed our stay

Best view

We visited our son and his fiancé in Homer and stayed here while we did. This house has the comforts and convenience of our own home so we were able to relax while we were here. I messaged the owner a few times and she got back to me right away. We would definitely stay here again!
