The lobby misrepresents the hotel....because it suggests the rest of the hotel is nice and luxurious....but rooms are at best 6/10. They're small and not that luxurious...but you get used to it. So disappointing the swimming pool was out of action....guests should have got a discount. Also staff are generally very polite...and multilingual which is good to see. They need to convert through outside courtyard into a cafe. That will bring in more customers.

Excellent stay from start so finish, I asked if I could have a room close to the lifts as I have had a knee replacement and one step from the lift I was in my room. Close to the metro, buses and trams, very good

Beautiful, clean, spacious, fantastic location

Wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. Perfect location near Fortress Hill MTR (but away from the noisy traffic) and plenty of eateries and grocery shops nearby and also near bus and tram stops. The room is clean, spacious (for HK hotel standards) and the lobby is stunning. There's a gym and pool as well. Staff were all great including housekeeping.

Hotel Alexandra North Point HK

This hotel is in a quiet neighborhood of Electric Road. There is an Oil street open space and recreation area next to the hotel. The hotel itself is very well furnished and has a restaurant, cafe and a takeaway pastry shop. The staff is very helpful and there is stable wi-fi. Housekeeping will check on whether the room is cleaned each day.

First of all, it was really frustrating when the hotel staff advised us that they couldn't find any reservation record of our stay, despite our showing of the payment to Expedia and Itinerary number. The hotel staff advised us to contact Expedia Canada to sort that out ourselves and as such we have to call long-distance from Hong Kong. While it was finally sorted out, it was extremely stressful and costs us money to pay for long-distance roaming. Other than that, overall the hotel is OK.

They do not even give water to drink.

No drinking water is provided. Also no toiletries are given when they charge so much. Breakfast is also very very limited. Overall a place to avoid completely!!!!
