Hyatt Centric is a clean, modern hotel a stone’s throw away from North Point underground. We really enjoyed the view over the harbour from our room and from the infinity pool. The hotel is above a modern mall with several eateries - we enjoyed the Singapore / Malaysia one. Outside is an older part of town with cheaper food options.

Really good location, the MRT is on the for step to travel around. Overall lovely hotel, very impressed, only comment I would make is the pool area is small so does get busy. Shopping centre is nearby.

Hotel is just above lobby of a mall with Starbucks right on the ground floor. Easy to get taxi and uber. Easy to hop on the metro. Bed is comfortable. This is Anne Ellen’s four star hotel. Minor disturbance from the works on going in the lobby when we stayed. Gym is excellent, all new equipment. Pool is great with lots of kids.

We loved our stay here and will definitely return. The whole experience felt luxurious from start to finish. We were in town for a wedding, and the staff went above and beyond—lending us a steamer and making everything easy. We happened to stay during the black rain, but our corner room with a harbour view was still beautiful and such a comfortable retreat. The hotel also provided umbrellas, which was a thoughtful and practical touch during the storm. The property is conveniently connected to a small mall, with shops and dining close at hand, and it’s only about two blocks from the train station. Staff were consistently attentive, especially with helping us in and out of taxis and Ubers. The combination of great service, convenience, and comfort made this stay memorable. Highly recommend.

Decent stay

The hotel location is good, very convenient. It is clean and service is good. The room has Harbour view which is very nice. The only thing I find it odd and actually don’t like is the bath towel seems to have smell. Unfortunately it was very late at night I wasn’t able to address it. Overall I would stay there again.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location close to transport. Great views of Victoria Harbour. Enjoyed lunch at the cruise bar, both food and services was excellent. Room was clean, spacious, housekeeping did an amazing job cleaning.

Amazing scenery with comfort stay

The hotel has a 24 hrs fitness center and a restaurant and bar with a great view. My host, Des, was very professional and personal, he directed me to some of the nearby food options and provided me with a map of the area without been asked.

Beautiful and one of a kind!!!

We loved loved loved this hotel, great location felt really safe and convenient. The hotel was beautiful and big and the view topped it all off. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in town. Oh and their cafe was delicious pastries! The buy serving is was so nice loved him
