Good view but messy window, my bathroom was also dirty when I check-in with things on the mirror, sink and a clogged bathroom/sink that had an odour clearly from the drain; the shower drain being so clogged, the dirty water would reach up to the top of my foot. Felt like a risk fungus or athletes foot.

If you're staying below floor 10, you'll prob hear highway noise, and the view is pretty bad. Yes, you can see plenty of water, but also a big industrial distribution center in front of it. Rooms are moderately maintained, the toilet water looked dirty/unflushed but after several flushes, it's just very murky toilet water. There was trash in the trash bin when I first came in. They have toothbrushes but no lotion or anything else. Phone doesn't work. Windows kinda dirty. Small bottled water asks for a donation of $1, cans of local beverages in the mini fridge didn't have a price or any sign that said free. Staff was somewhat rude when I asked for possibility of room change and didn't carry through promise to give me a new key. Near bus and tram, but MTR is a bit of a walk, don't be fooled by how close the entrance is, there's walking once inside the station. All in all, this is a good low cost, somewhat value/luxury stay, but def not anywhere near the mainstream stays at Marriotts, Icons, Shangri-La's when their pricing is normal (e.g., not holiday weekend for China, when all the mainlanders travel to Hong Kong). Generally, good choice if the usual good choices are overpriced or out of rooms due to holidays, but prob wouldn't stay again because maintenance, location, and staff training aren't as good as the alternatives.

Terrible front desk services

The service of front desk was terrible. I stayed to this hotel two years ago and everything was fine. Two years later, the service level dropped to an unbelievable standard. Super rude front desk staff and not helpful at all. And I didn't feel safe during my stay. There was a guy kept knocking my room door at 4am one morning after a false fire alarm, and he's not hotel staff. He asked if that was my room on fire!? And there were strange ppl that I don't know if they were hotel guests tried to go to guest floor (they could not show the room key, and they were not going to front desk for help.) The whole experience is super chaotic!

Been there in 2020 May when it was managed by a HK-base company; came back in 2025 after it changed hands to China-management. Hugh disappointment, although the fact that I first visited it brand-new may have exaggerated my feeling. Hardware is still the "same", but looks poorly maintained. Bathtub leaks and couldn't hold the water in tank, had to kept the water running to maintain the water level. And this bathtub is only available in the higher-end rooms. Definitely killed my wife's anniversary mood. The basin water tape is soooo unclean it has like 5years of water stain on it. Wooden furniture/ doors have been obviously beaten poorly and never got any care. Well at least the hardware are there and apart from the bathtub everythings' working as they shld. Staff are still very friendly like 5 year ago but obviously with the China management you should expect some non-local who isn't able to speak in local language working at the front desk. The lady checked us in was nice and talking sense (I heard she firmly rejected a request from a China Mainlander who was repeatedly asking for a lighter, we all know what they want the lighter for and this is a non-smoking facility; good job)

My fiancé and I absolutely loved our one week stay at the Oasis hotel. Our upgraded room - a big warm thanks to the awesome lady at the hotel guest services who checked us in, had the most amazing view of the water. We left our curtains open at night so we could drift asleep to the passing boats and twinkling, glitter lights of the bridge and HK buildings. The scene was romantic/inspiring and always ever changing in the most poetic way. Oasis has an onsite self-serve laundry room which truly came in handy. The hotel rooms are clean and modern - each room comes with a mini fridge and coffee maker that whips up the best coffee ever! Most importantly, the Oasis staff is top notch! Every single member was warm, polite, helpful, and thoughtful during our stay. We appreciate everyone that works there. There was one particular person though from Oasis that we bonded the most with, which is Bruce. When we first arrived to Oasis, I had a pulled muscle in my leg and was in a lot of pain. Bruce made sure to send up ice to my room so that I could ease the swelling. And when my fiancé Kevin wanted to find a place to eat in the surrounding neighborhood, Bruce showed him the way. Any question or concerns that we had on a daily basis, Bruce helped us swiftly, eagerly and with a smile. As foreigners, Oasis not only provided us with the most beautiful roof over our heads but also gave us a sense of security and confidence to begin and end each of our days. Thank you! Karen and Kevin
