Convenient to all the transit options, restaurants. they treat their daily cleaning very seriously which I think is good practice. Staff are very friendly.
I stayed at 32nd floor with a view of the harbour. The Bay window also gave me time to relax with a nice view.

Rooms were smaller than advertised. When we checked in, I had paid $80 per night for a room that had 2 adults and 1 child than I paid for a second room for only 2 adults. But both rooms were the same, with 2 twin beds in each. Thus, I paid $160 more for a 2 night stay I would avoid this hotel. The Park lane Hotel is close by and much nicer!!

Staff service is ok, not fantastic kind but every morning, there will be staff opening the ground floor door for us. There are 3 lifts but still have to wait for a while otherwise overall is fine. Room is quite small and kind of old room. Bathroom is choked. Anyway if you need a convenient location which is within walking distance to tram stop and causeway Bay MTR and more cost efficient, this hotel is a good option if you don’t mind the older hotel.

Location is fantastic, easy access to the center of Causeway Bay for shopping and eating. around 8 to 10 mins walk to metro station. Staff is friendly.

The hotel is a bit dated but still well maintained and in good condition. Room size is a bit small but the view from my room is great, seeing the Victoria park and harbour.i was injured during a morning run near the harbour, and hotel staff were very helpful, bringing to my room many band aids and disinfectant. One thing that requires improvement is the shower water pressure. The shower was very slow and took a wide to heat up.

Staff generally was helpful and good; overall the room was good and housekeeping was good too. The only complaint I have is that when the fire alarm went off one night at around 7:30 p.m., there was no announcement made through the PA system about what we should do and react. Theerfore, I wasn’t sure whether I should leave the room to go downstairs to the lobby or not. None of the occupants on my floor left their room either. I think this is a basic procedure for a fire alarm situation.

This is a great value hotel. The location is excellent as close to all modes of transportation. Easy walking to park, food and shopping. Good size room and comfortable bed. Breakfast had a good and tasty selection. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!
