The staff was friendly. We found the ground floor concierge to be very helpful and friendly so stars for that. If you're looking to stay in Wan Chai, this is a good location close to many local dining spots. Negatives are the room layout and the lack of sound proofing. We found the toilet to be too small and the entire restroom area uncomfortable to navigate. Combine this with the hotel's attempt to keep the room open concept and poor sound-proofing made it uncomfortable. As you walk through the halls, you can clearly hear water being flushed through the walls. We had a solid experience but will probably stay elsewhere next time.

The room is clean, the staff is courteous and very helpful. The location is very convenient, close to the ferry and night market. We walked to Hong Kong Park and Peak Tram within an half hour.

Overall a really pleasant stay, most of the staff were welcoming. A great location in Wan Chai, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The room amenities (e.g. hair dryer, tea options etc) could be improved. The chair by the desk had no back support so if you’re working it was not suitable. I was impressed with the soundproofing of the rooms as a light sleeper! Would stay here again.

Well equipped quiet room with a comfortable bed. I asked for a firmer pillow and one was provided very quickly. Great shower but a very small toilet! The room itself was fine for our 3 night stay and a very good location for walking to the harbour. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
