Amazing staff, location location location, beachfront property. Secured building and parking. Super close to the main strip, luxury stores, hotels and restaurants. You don’t need a car for this location because it’s close to everything.There is a cleaning fee and you have to pay for parking upfront but worth it if you drive. Very affordable for a beachfront condo.

Room was clean and roomy for a family party of 6 and most of them are adults. The beach was right there and the convenience of having a kitchen and a washer and dryer was truly amazing. It’s been a long time since I visited back in 1994 and was impressed in how things have changed. Had a great view of the ocean.

Great full ocean view. Great location. Many nearby shops and restaurants. Great kitchen features and equipment. Includes 2 beach chairs. Disliked that one bedroom only has a curtain to separate it, instead of a door. Carpet is rather worn in a few spots.

Loved the veiw, the property was extremely nice, staff was great, our room worked it was nice clean and great views but could definitely be updated. All in all we loved the condo especially the walk right onto the beach which we had a few monk seals join us right outside.

I like the beach front and great ocean view from bedrooms and balconies, Kitchen is well equipped, not too far from shopping district by foot. I don’t like how dirty the carpet and hide away bed is in one of the rooms we rented. Great location though.

Arriving the front desk had poor customer service. Towards the end of our stay they became helpful. Water was shut off one day during our stay which made it difficult with two small children. No parking available on first day, parked across the street only to pay $85 for one night. 2nd day parking became available for the rest of our stay. Only thing that was amazing was the ocean view from the room.
