3ヶ月滞在しました。入室した時から、落ち着いた調度品やセンスの良さに魅了されました。ゴキブリは一度も見た事がなかった。シャワーの水温は、最初の数日だけぬるかったが、その後はとても快適な水温で、安定していました。バス停も近いし、ショッピングにも最適！夜遅く（店が空いている時間）まで1人で出歩けるのも、良かった！

Reviewer Comments: 去年に引き続き利用させて頂きました。リビングのソファーもダイニングテーブルも新しくなり、とても快適でした。去年リクエストしたボールなども揃えて頂きました。フライパンが古くてくっついてしまうので少し残念でした。来年も利用させて頂きたいと思います。トラブルにも迅速に対応して頂けるのでお勧めです!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 毎年アイランドコロニーを利用していますが、備品も充実していて快適でした。炊飯器も新しくザルやワイングラスなどもあり使いやすかったです。出来ればラナイに丸テーブルがあったら食事が出来るので快適になると思います。また来年も滞在したいと思います。

Two month snowbird

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was as advertised. We found many dishes available and adequate pots and pans. The table ware was skimpy with a few missing pieces. The bed was comfortable and there was lots of storage and closet space. The futon was not comfortable and in an awkward place for tv viewing. The dining table and chairs worked well for our many guest diners.
