Featuring an ocean view of Waikiki Beach and the sunset! 1,200+ sf, perfect for families and large groups - sleeps up to 6 people. 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths with free valet parking (please tip the valet). Located across the street from Waikiki Beach, with endless dining, shopping, and activities just steps away! Centrally located in the PERFECT location to enjoy everything that Waikiki has to offer! Complies with vacation rental rules!

The space:
This property complies with all local vacation rental rules and regulations! This privately owned and operated Waikiki Beach Tower condo offers large spaces, ocean views and all the amenities the hotel has to offer.

The spacious interior offers 2 bedrooms (California King in the master bedroom and 2 Singles in the guest bedroom), 2 full baths, and a large living/dining area. The Living Room has a Queen size Tempur-Pedic sofa bed, with plenty of room for two comfortable rollaway beds - comfortably accommodates 6 guests! The full kitchen is fully stocked, and includes an oven, stove range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator.

The unit also includes a washer and dryer so you'll always have clean and fresh clothes and bathing suits! An incredible value in the heart of Waikiki! Amenities in the building include: heated pool, shallow pool, hot tub, cozy cabanas, BBQs, expansive outdoor seating area with fire-pits, and 2 fitness rooms. Covered and secured parking is also included, which is a rare find in Waikiki!

Guest access:
Entire unit plus building amenities are included in this rental. Amenities include: Wi-Fi, heated pool, shallow pool, hot tub, cozy cabanas, BBQs, expansive outdoor seating area with fire-pits, and 2 fitness rooms. Covered and secured valet parking is also included (please tip the valet for their service).

Please note that there is an extra fee of $35/per guest per night after 6 guests.

The property is as depicted in the photos, though the views were actually better than expected. The apartment had a great balcony, ample room, was well outfitted and was conveniently located to restaurants, beaches and shopping. Very responsive host!

location, location is a blessing and a curse. close to beach, great views...but also in the middle of a war zone. construction going on all around with big trucks and beeping all morning along with numerous dumpsters being emptied all over at sunrise.

Killer views, easy access by foot to nearly everything you need in the city, and super clean pool and hot tub. Right across the street is waikikis easiest beaches for families and babies. Beds simple and clean, separate AC to keep both rooms cool while main central one for rest of place.

Great location and amazing porch views

Our stay was perfect - the back porch is amazing and you could just sit there all day to enjoy the views. The listing doesn’t say it but there are also 2 rollaway beds and a playpen available to use. Living room is huge and pullout sofa is very comfortable. Great place to stay.

Great property

This property was just right for our group of teens and adults. The location can’t be beat, and there are towels and other necessities that you can use. We really appreciated having the washer and dryer available and 2 separate rooms and bathrooms. The balcony with pass through window was one of the highlights. The valets were friendly and helpful. The link to check out was a little wonky, but ultimately worked out. No complaints here! Beats the hotels hands down.

Pleasant visit to Oahu

The property was excellent for the ocean view and easy access to a beach for swimming. It also had a wonderful variety of eating establishments nearby that we could walk to. We just had to remember to make reservations ahead of time. We greatly appreciated the amenities of the supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms and laundry and beach chairs! The parking valets were all so courteous and warm and welcoming!

We stayed here for only two nights-we had booked 6, but because of a global IT outage with crowd strike and Microsoft, we were physically unable to get there by plane. We kept in constant communication with property and VRBO and was told no refunds even though it was an extenuating circumstance. The property had several issues, that we would have overlooked- dishes dirty- broken bathroom mirror- old pillows, a foul Oder in master bath. No proper cooking utensils. Bottom line, everything was sub par and the place was not accommodating to our situation. I’m sure thousands had the same issue- but were refunded for the days they weren’t able to get there. Very unfortunate. Poor communication and unprofessional. This was our very first VRBO!

Great Location..... Waikiki Hawaii was a different VRBO for us

Super-responsive Host to all questions/concerns. Very different kind of VRBO - for us at least. We've done something like 40 VRBO trips but this is our first to a super-popular destination like Waikiki in Hawaii. If Hawaii is like New York City, Waikiki is like Manhattan, and the one street between the property and the beach, Kalakaua, is like Times Square. It seems like every parade and festival goes down Kalakaua - adding to the daily traffic jam. Around 10p it gets quiet. Until then, constant action, bodies, shopping (every mid-to-high-end brand you can name), street performers, etc.... with the ocean and a protected lagoon-on-the-beach right there on the other side. If you spend enough time on the balcony and the surf is up, you can watch things like surfing classes going on out there all day. A "better than most everyone else's" view, closeness to the beach, and all that action is what you're paying for. Inside the unit some things are nice - the window to pass food from the kitchen to the balcony is brilliant. the Stove and Fridge are up-to-date. For the price-point, everything else is mostly "fine", but a let-down if you're expecting the super-maintained, perfectly over-stocked-for-every-possible-need type $400/night rental you get on a small town beach, small town center, or short-drive-to-the-skiing-lodge type VRBO. This is at the center of the action for probably all of Hawaii and not even a full block from the beach. If that's what you focus on, you're good.

Great Waikiki location!

This is a great location if you want to be near all the activity of Waikiki! Worked well for our family of 3. Comfortable unit with plenty of space to relax. Valet staff was very friendly and prompt. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed staying here. Looks even better than on pictures. Comfortable beds, decent size rooms, very clean. Easy way to get in and out. 2 separate bathrooms makes it so much convenient when you have 3 kids. All you need to have at the kitchen. Highly reccomended! Thank you!

Nice building, so so view

Building was great, but while you saw Waikiki, you also had 40% of your view looking at the back of an old building with every floor used as housekeeping storage; the angle of photos crops out the building in front of the balcony. Staff was great, home was as described, but there are better options and I would stay in another building rather than be stuck with the ruined balcony view.

The valets are amazing. Very helpful, especially Jesse. One accidentally clipped a latch on my rental car but they were on it, and let Hertz know they will pay for it.
