Overall I give this particular property a 3 star rating. Important to say that it was 3 of us, wife, 1 year old and myself. Pros Location: Absolutely amazing location. 5 minute walk to the beach and walkable everywhere. Super safe and clean. Felt very safe at all times. Convenience store 50 ft away and 24hr pharmacy 1 block away. No complaints whatsoever. Parking: Available parking 1 block away which is very convenient. It was a huge plus. Kitchen: Even though it was small, it provided with everything we needed. Cons:Noise: The apartment is located on the first floor and adjacent to a couple of busy restaurants, so every street noise is heard and no way to mitigate it. Also, the restaurants have waiting lines of people outside most of the nights and the bedroom window faces that area so you hear people talking all the way until at least 10pm or so which made it very difficult for us to sleep early and keep our child asleep as well. Bathroom: The batroom is extremely small. Many times you have to almost move sideways. This was a huge issue with us, specially handling a baby. The floor plan shown on the publication is not an honest representation of what you get. You almost cant sit on the toilet and I am 5ft 9in. Furniture: The only couch provided is very cheap and you can feel a whole when you sit that it is unconfortable. Roaches: Not their fault maybe but we had roaches come out of kitchen sink and shower drain a couple of days.
Great location in WaikÄ«kÄ« with easy walking access to shops and restaurants. Thereâs shaved ice on the ground floor, and CVS and an ABC Store are just a minute away, along with several local mom-and-pop eateries. Parking is a short walk from the apartment. The unit was a decent size for our family. The bathroom is a bit small, but everything was functional, which we appreciated.
Unit is just as advertised. Small apt. but layout is good. Bedroom was good size, bed very comfortable. Bathroom is small, very small. Only downside (other than bathroom size) was the couch which was very uncomfortable (didnât check out the pull out trundle bed since it was just the 2 of us). Kitchen was well appointed. Laundry room just down the hall was very convenient. Parking was close by. Not really a view from the unit but not an issue for us.The location would be the major selling point. Very convenient to restaurants, shops and the beach. Good budget friendly option in Waikiki.
Nice apartment, very close to the ocean. It is centrally located, everything is easy to reach from here. The property manager is cooperative and flexible. The area is quite noisy, as the Beach Walk is on the logistics route of the nearby hotels. I would like the carpet in the living room to be replaced next year. That's how we got the property with stained carpet. I recommend it to everyone.
The place was great. We really enjoy staying here and is centrally located. The only downside is the bathroom is a bit small, but everything else was great.
Good: The location of the property was ideal â it was close to major shopping centers and a variety of restaurants, making it super easy to explore the area. The beach was also just a short distance away, which was a huge plus. The neighborhood had plenty of foot traffic, so we felt very safe walking around. The place was clean. In and out of the parking lot was easy.Bad: The parking, which was about a block away from the property so about 4-5 mins walk. Please be ware that the property is very tiny ideal for a couple or a single guest only. Old school property, so need key to open the elevator and activate the button. You will have to carry that metal key with you all the time when you go out.Ugly: The check in process was terrible. I tried communicating via VRBO messaging service through the portal which I have been doing for all my stays in the past without any issues. I was given a wrong phone number for the property manager. I tried contacting him but no avail. I was waiting downstairs frantically calling the property manager for about an hour in the dark. I had to call few other numbers listed on the message board downstairs and finally was able to connect. It was a total nightmare. VRBO wasn't much of a help either. The bathroom is very tiny fit for a slim person. Toilet seat/shower is also tiny fit for some small or medium built. individual.
For the most part the stay was as listed, little bit run mediocre from the outside compared to the building all around but inside was very nice. Upsides are that itâs in WaikÄ«kÄ«, very central and close to the beach. Parking was included in our stay which was a HUGE plus, considering parking is so tough down there. Only downside was the bathroom honestly. Very narrow and hallway feeling for the whole bathroom, and the toilet felt very uncomfortable/cramped due to a huge bidet they have on there on top of the narrow bathroom. Over all I was satisfied and had no other issues with the stay, we had 4 people stay here very comfortably.
Great Stay! Location was Great, many shops & restaurants close by. We felt very safe & Secure there. The only 2 things that kept this from being 5 star is the Bathroom size & apparatus on the toilet seat. Obviously I understand not much can be done about the size of the bathroom & we made it work but it is very narrow & the toilet seat thing has to go.All in all it was a very nice place. We enjoyed our stay.
Great location and parking was a plus. Few cons though the bathroom was smaller than my RV bathroom and with a hubby who is 6ft it was super uncomfortable. The shower is small and the shower head is too big. No AC in the bedroom which means itâs 20 plus degrees hotter. You have no way to get good air flow since the living room and bedroom are on opposite sides of the condo. No view at all, you are looking at a building when you step outside your door. Wouldnât stay here again. We love the management company and will use them when we visit again.
