Best hotel on the beach imo. There is some construction that is a bit noisy during daytime and some water outages. Also the hotel used to have surf racks, now it’s much more complicated as they removed them and the boards pile into a storage room. All in all still great.

Not only were they accommodating they were very enthusiastic to ensure we had the best possible vacation. Highly recommend the vow renewal offered by the resort ! For the price we paid I expected this resort to be much more upscale. Carpets soiled, furniture nicked and scratched, wallpaper opening at the seams. Only really great thing was the incredible views from the awesome balcony. Room was clean and comfortable. Charged us additional $60 per day resort fee that was basically for pool towels. Fitness center was closed for renovations and extra charged for beach chairs and umbrella.

Staff were excellent, location is excellent, amenities on-site are excellent. Only drawback is the room itself was quite dated, carpet worn, some water stains in the ceiling. We also had a recurring issue with the hot water in the shower which was never really resolved.

Great sea view room. Beach accessible in 1 min. Room very clean and Judy our house keeper very friendly. Dukes restaurant in LL great for lunch ribs and fish tacos great.

The room and the staff were great. Breakfast at Duke's was wonderful and the valet staff were quick and friendly. The hotel is currently under renovations. For the most part, the renovations didn't affect us. However, there was a sizable gap where the door gasket didn't connect, and we could hear the construction noise from hotel renovations. It was so loud some nights that we couldn't sleep, and we were awakened every morning around 4AM by the noise. Staff was not responsive to complaints.

No TV for two days. Loud preaching over a speaker every night till 11 out side of hotel.all water shut off for 2 hrs. Worst elevator system I've seen.Staff was great thanks Brenda. Location excellent.

Room was in great condition! They are in the process of of renovation at this time so one of the elevators were still under construction. The place itself is in a prime spot and we loved having the beach on our "backyard", so to speak☺️The only thing we were disappointed about was that we did not get help with self parking area. We were given a piece of paper but it was confusing. We just felt dismissed when we entertained parking outside valet.
