I have stayed at the Waikiki Grand several times before, in units other the the one I just stayed at. Compared to the others, this one was dated and tired. It needed to be cleaned better and updated. The bed was extremely soft, and not in a good way. Also, the noise at this visit was excessive compared to previous stays. Lots of noisy cars and one very persistent motorcyclist who drove by every night, late at night, rev'ing his engine very loudly. The bar on the second floor has a karaoke night and it is quite loud also. So, all in all, we had mixed emotions about this unit. We like the convenience of the location, but the noise, and condition of the unit were negatives.
