This hotel had everything we needed

This hotel served our purpose for our visit. The description of the amenities and fees were accurate. The staff was super friendly, warm and welcoming. The reason for the 4 stars was the parking situation. We had a vehicle and had no option other than to valet park the car at the hotel for $50 plus tax, per day.

Great Place to Rekax and Enjoy Your Vacation.

Our stay at Park Shore was great. The facility always had staff to assist with any type of question or services needed. The concierge was delightful and assisted us with booking some outdoor activities. The hotel is lively but quiet enoigh no not interrupt your restful sleep. Great location. Will be coming back.

Crash Seats not Ok,,

This Hotel is a frequent stay for me and with an ABC store off its Lobby has literally everything you could possibly need for a good stay.... Small points...the room rate for 3 nites had an added $170 of Resort Fees that should be shown in the room rate and are completely unused by Outer Island Business guests. The only other negative in this day and age is that "Crash" toilet seats are NOT OK in todays reality of Soft Close seats at HD for $20.....!!

This is the perfect place if you just need to room to stay in at night. It was quiet and clean. It had a self-serve coffee machine and a water bottle filling station. Call and beach towels are provided as well as three rental items like to beach chairs and an umbrella. My favorite part was the location and the value. The beach was just across the street and there are many convenience stores and restaurants very close by. If you’re looking for a quick beach vacation and just need a place to lay your head down, that is quiet and clean. This is a good place to stay.

The location was amazing, i was able to walk to Hula’s next door. I booked a King Size bed for my room. The bed was super comfortable, the room was clean, however the rooms desperately need to be remodeled. Although, for the price, you cannot go wrong. Best $10 breakfast was at the Burgers in Paradise, you don’t need to spend $50 per meal on breakfast, save your money for top shelf at Hula’s. Bye the way, Hula’s is the best Gay Bar in Waikiki. Enjoy

I thought this hotel was perfect for our needs, close to everything and in a very walkable area so we didn't rent a car for the week. The staff is very friendly, especially Travis, who went above & beyond. The first person I dealt with was meh, and we got a room with no working fridge #1717 and right next to the elevator, but Travis then gave us room# 1709 which was perfect with the premier view of Diamond Head and ocean front. That beautiful view made our week! The rooms still need to be updated style & furniture wise. They need a paint job & bleach on the tile grout. I think the air vent needs to be cleaned inside as well, so a deep cleaning is necessary but overall it was adequate for 1 week. I will say I hated the smell of the towels, horrible. They were clean but whatever detergent they are using smells rachet & a bit rancid. The staff desperately needs to do something different with how they wash the towels. Thankfully I brought my own towels and extra linens but my husband didn't. I use hotel towels for hand drying and bathroom floor mat after showering but the towels were disappointing. The housekeeping ladies are very nice but if you order towels later in the evening, the guy that brings them to your room looks like he dislikes his job or the guests, i couldnt tell which one it was...lol. The lobby looks beautiful, I loved the decor. I also loved the free water in the lobby where you can fill your water bottle at any time, free coffee and suncreen.
