We have stayed at many hotels in Hawaii. We transferred from the Hilton Hawaiian Village that was super old, that had abysmal customer service, and frankly was quite rude. We came to the Prince last minute, and the customer service was BEYOND expectation. Hotel was spotless. Very clean. All staff were helpful and nice - they cared you were there. The valet staff was EXCEPTIONALLY kind and attentive. My only complaint was the location. Without kids, no problem. With kids, it was a walk. But doable. Overall, we were super happy and would definitely stay again.

The hotel is walking distance to Ala Moana Shopping Mall. Also, closer to the beach. I love the view from the hotel and the staff are very accomodating, even upgraded my room. It was worth the money staying at Prince Waikiki

Overall the property is great, close to a lot of dinning options. Love the sushi restaurant inside the hotel. Close walk to ala Moana beach or Hilton pond. We even caught the fire works last night in our room, great view! The only area of improvement I would say is the pool is a bit small, tough to do laps. I loved all the other aspects of the hotel, would definitely come back for another stay in the future.

Beautiful views and lots of shops within walking distance. The rooms are very nice and came with refillable water bottles. I think the only con was that the jacuzzi was lukewarm, however the views from the pool deck (and the elevator) were amazing
