The room we had on the 31st floor facing Diamond head was amazing and the hotel/room itself was very clean. We enjoyed our stay there. However, we did not like that a flat sheet was used to cover the bed as it would get tangled up at night at our feet and whatever is used on the bed for comfort would absorb the body heat making it too hot to sleep. Also, the pool and surrounding areas could use some cleaning and collecting of the sand more consistently.

Loved the location beautiful beach. It’s just the hidden fees after you leave besides that awesome place. After we left got a $700 bill for resort fees

We stayed for 5 days, nobody cleaned the bathroom. Their sheets had blood on them. It was a dirty room. I had more expectations from Sheraton.

Almost perfect we just had a clogged sink that didn’t really get addressed and we had 2 nights where the carpets in the elevators had an awful stench but otherwise perfect

A very large hotel in a small city what it lacks is amenities that match the size of the hotel the pools are very undersized. The beach is very small poolside service is nearly nonexistent and they provide no entertainment or music on the beach at night.

Beautiful Stay, Just One Small Issue Our 11-day stay at the Sheraton Waikīkī was amazing! The room service staff were always friendly, helpful, and full of positive energy. The ocean view from our room was breathtaking, and the infinity pool made for some unforgettable photos. The only downside was the late checkout—we only got an extra hour, and it came with a fee. Other than that, everything was perfect. We’d definitely stay again!
