Hotel was nice. Loved the reusable water bottles and refill stations. Also being able to send text messages to the front desk was super helpful on more than one occasion during our stay. Enjoyed the cabanas at the pool on our last day before heading to the airport.

Great hotel, no noise, good location

Wonderful greeting and follow up by staff. Room was nice with small balcony . Lovely bathroom. Bed comfortable. Restaurant/bar blvery nice. All staff I encountered were friendly and extremely helpful. Ambassador is at the beginning of Waikiki Beach area and in a quiet area, close to everything, walking distance to beach. I really enjoyed my stay here and will book again
