Great Location in Waikiki

This rental is exactly as you read and see in the VRBO blurb. Location is everything; close to the beach close to a food market; close to the zoo and aquarium; close to bus transportation; many restaurants and food joints in the area. However the toilet and shower/ bathtub area is extremely tiny. There are no plastic containers for left overs; no condiments are provided...so you will have to buy everything..

Okay Stay But Wouldn’t Stay Again

Very uptight and rude building management and stingy host. We were not allowed to drink sparkling WATER by the pool in the very old, beat-up janky pool loungers according to the Clipboard Cops. Meanwhile look across to other rooftop pools and you’ll see people enjoying themselves. Other elevator has been broken for 4 months so expect to wait
a lot. You are given one beach towel to use for your entire stay. Limited bath towels. No dishwasher but a tiny bottle of soap for all your dishes. $6 to wash clothes. $3 to grill a burger. Ugh. False alarm building evacuation in the night was a surprise. Old TV doesn’t even stream. The blinds suck and don’t block the light. Bring earplugs and an eye mask for the blinking green flash of light every 90 secs. Or just stay at a hotel. I would never stay in this building ever again.

Fantastic stay! Just as described, great space, and location!

We had a fantastic time staying here! The property was clean, super easy check in, elevators worked well, view from balcony was beautiful, great kitchen set up, loved the privacy doors, and overall good location! Would recommend! Pool and hot tub were great too!

We had a good time till our last day! The location is good and had some water view. The property is exactly as pictured! Elevator is fast so no long waits! Parking can be difficult but always found a place to park! Walking distance to beach and shopping! On our was back in on the night before we departed our lock malfunctioned and we could not enter the property! We called the number to contact management and there was no answer but we left a message! We called the emergency number
no answer! I went down and talked to security! They called all the numbers they had with no answer! At some point while I was downstairs my husband also called the numbers another visitor had for the same property management. And no answer! We finally received a call back after a half hour! They were not able to fix the lock at that time but were able to get us in! We were told that we would not be able to get back in ourselves till the lock was fixed but assured us that if we wanted to go out they could get us back in! We did not feel assured of an answered phone call after our experience so one of us never left the room! This made our last night (and morning) captive to the room!

From the start, parking was easy, friendly attendant. The door lock worked well. Condo was clean and well stocked. Included 2 nice beach chairs and small beach cooler. Decent view of the beach. No issues with anything. We had a great stay!

Great Time.

The condo looks just like pictured on line. It was clean, kitchen was stocked with enough pots and pans, starter kit with laundry and dish detergent, reliable wifi and even a inflatable mattress. I had already brought one when I noticed in the closet - my boys do not like to share a bed. Bed was clean and comfortable, pillows were ok, standard hotel pillows . Location was perfect, close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants but still in a low key corner. You'll find many restaurant choices in the area. We explored some of the local choices by focusing on off of main avenue. Rent a car if possible, we went to Walmart and grabbed some essentials for breakfast and lunches plus snacks, it will save you a few $$$. We are very happy with our stay and would definitely book again in the future.

Comfortable and good location

Room was clean and bed comfortable. Beach is close enough to walk to but far enough away that we couldn't hear the waves (I love the sound of waves but it keeps my daughter up). Very easy check in. Parking garage wasn't great when busy but nothing to give a bad review about. I would definitely stay here again. Management responded quickly to any questions.

Great view and excellent location!

Amazing view with everything we needed to enjoy our first time in Hawaii! The beach chairs they provided really came in handy. Loved that it was so close to all the amenities and that parking was included. Check in and out was super easy and we appreciated them checking in to make sure everything was satisfactory. Would definitely recommend!

Great stay!!

Clean and comfortable condo with a beautiful view. It was nice and quiet. You couldn’t hear much of street traffic or sirens. I needed help the first day and the property manager was quick to respond. Parking was easy and very convenient. Enjoyed the pool. I would definitely stay again. I loved the condo. It had all the amenities you would need. It’s exactly as pictured. The instructions were very helpful and check in and check out was a breeze. Great stay!

We liked everything about the property, it had all the comforts we needed. Midway was very informative and pleasing to deal with. We had one issue and they took care of it right away. They even brought us chocolates for our inconvenience. I would book with them again in the future.

A fantastic place to stay

If you're looking for the perfect location, price and ease of stay this is the place to be! Location was two blocks from the beach and great food locations! The accomodations were perfect. A perfect size for two adults and two kids. The kitchen was super convenient for quick meals along with access to parking AND the pool! Checking in was super easy and any questions you had property management was super responsive! If you're looking for a great location and price I would recommend staying here!

Wonderful Unit!

This unit is conveniently located in the heart of Waikiki walking distance to the beach and zoo. Makes it so easy to enjoy Waikiki. This is a clean and user friendly unit. The bathroom is very clean and well stocked with essentials. Bed is comfortable, no lumps and not too soft. I found the kitchen to be stocked with enough essentials to help you make it thru a few days till you get groceries. I appreciated the fact that there was a roll of Saran Wrap, a roll of paper towels and coffee filters left for us. Thank you! The property management company responded quick when I had a minor clogged sink. It was fixed the same day. We didn't have much of an ocean view but what we did have was beautiful. Most days were beautiful and sunny so its hard to say anything negative about this unit.. I would love to stay here again and recommend it to others.
