The room was filthy. The floors were so nasty and dirty when we checked in as if they never swept or mopped it. The walls were disgusting and dirty. The vent fan in the restroom was so dusty and literally coming out the ceiling. The chairs with the table looked like they came out a dumpster (not even joking at all, I wish I was.) the fact that I had to go down daily to ask for towels and to ask for the room to be cleaned was INSANE to me. The towels were literally all stained black and just so disgusting. Beds were so hard. Trust me and pay the few extra hundred for a better hotel. This felt more like a Motel. Me and my son got a rash after sleeping here. If I was able to get refunded and stay somewhere else I would have.

stay review

hotel is in very poor condition. Our first room unclean, view to a building & we were able to move to a second room. Better view, but had no closet or hangers, one night stand, no shelves space. No place to leave luggage but in the floor. Friendly front desk, but lack of general maintenance in their building, elevators & room. Good walking distance to beach and local stores & food truck areas. Hotel is in a nice & safe location.

One employee experience

Place is not a first choice, when arrived it was clean. But i never once saw a hotel house keeping staff. We had to go get clean towels at receptionist. The whole week i only saw the receptionist. She ran the whole place i guess. I never got our room cleaned after 3 days as indicated on hotel sight. Very nice receptionist. The rental place that was across from cade was a great deal. The cafe was so dirty. Hotel business need cleaning, windows horrible.

Roch Motel not It even a Hotel do not stay here!

There was a rich in the elevator first impressions! The room was old, dirty nothing modern. I was afraid to put my luggage on the floor thinking a roach would crawl in it. I did not stay overnight! I checked out before morning demanding a refund due to poor conditions!!

The bed was very hard (no padding in the top) and the amenities were minimal. One hand towel and no hangers in the armoire. The AC was difficult to regulate. On the other hand, the Kona coffee packages were delicious. Be advised, the parking is NOT part of the hotel, costs $50 per day and must be paid in cash before parking.

Pretty uncomfortable beds and pillows were not great at all. Felt like a pull out bed. Obviously didn’t spent too much time in the hotel, so just a place to sleep at the end of the day.
