Minor things that would make a different. The screeching of the bedroom doors to balcony were painful to the ears. The pool area needs more greenery to take your focus off the neighbouring units that are abit of an eyesore but the STAFF were super friendly and absolutely amazing! No faults there at all! Just the resort itself needs some upgrades I feel.

The property is super close to the beach, maybe a 2-4 minute walk! All the staff is super friendly, and there’s a giftshop/convenience store within the hotel that offers gift for cheaper prices than the common ABC Store. The property offers a pool, gameroom, and movie rentals for free with a restaurant and bar in the same property. I loved my stay!!

We booked the Waikiki Resort hotel based on the reviews. We really enjoyed the property. It is so close to Waikiki Beach, shopping, and dining. We had a great check-in experience with a young man named Connor, who was very helpful. The room was perfect for what we needed. It's a basic, clean hotel room. Each room has a fridge, which was nice. I read some reviews demeaning the rooms or the cleanliness. We didn't see anything negative. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean! We didn't spend a ton of time in our room, so it was great. The property also had a very convenient shop where you could grab things you needed. We also appreciated the water filling stations to refill our water bottles. I had also read some reviews criticizing the included breakfast. I have no clue what they could be criticizing. It is a standard hotel breakfast and the food was excellent. The fresh fruit was delicious. They also had eggs, delicious fried rice, miso soup, pastries, etc. We really appreciated not having to spend money on breakfast each day. The staff manning the dining area were also very efficient and friendly. While we didn't use the pool, we checked it out and it looked great, especially for kids. I had been concerned about the parking, but it all turned out fine. The parking is tight, but we always managed to find a space. You do have to pay about $40 a day to park, but it was worth it. We would definitely stay here again.

I was pay for three bed and a last minute we make for two bed but the staff didn't give me a bigger room they give me only for two bed . So I was pay for a bigger room and they give me a small room because the 3rd person can't make it . And not remuneration.

Overall a great hotel. Super friendly staff, decent room, and good breakfast restaurant. The decor and facilities are a bit old, but still work well. They have a game room with a pool table and foosball, a fun place for my 6-year-old daughter. Very close to the beaches, and provides towels for beach stay. Parking is 45/day, the underground garage is a bit hard to maneuver around for big cars, but we had no problem finding a spot during the 4 day stay.
