First they tried to put me on the 2nd floor, I'm 70 and don't do stairs well at all. They did finally get me on ground floor . When I asked where the ice machine was they pointed to it outside and then said they don't have ice in the winter because the machine freezers up. I had to go get ice at the grocery store. The room they gave me had 2 queens, which was fine, however there were only 2 bath towels and 1 washcloth and the washcloth was old and dingy. Couldn't ever use it. On top of that the room next door had their TV on ALL NIGHT!! Obviously, the walls were very thin. Will not be staying there again.
The rooms are all very clean and nice. However, the computer chairs need to be replaced. so if you sit at your computer in the evening after work, this could be a factor to consider.
Not 100% perfect, but pretty darn close. The computer chair needs to be replaced, but honestly other than that it was great and I will stay there again. The best part is it has a Tesla supercharger directly across the street. If the computer chair wasnât so Janky, I would give this five stars.
Staff was nice. Room was clean, but lacked updating. (Broken tile on floor and walls, missing grout, dimm lighting in bathroom, beds and pillows that were harder than sleeping on the ground, no seat on the toilet, and no soap in the shower.)They did look like they were in the process of updating so hopefully some of these things will be addressed in the future. Texture on tub was worn off causing tub to be very slippery
