There is no hot tub, even though it was advertised to have one. The pool closes at 8, but is advertised to close at 10. Other than that it was a nice stay.

We paid extra to have a nice room and we're disappointed. While not being horrible, we could have had equally as nice amenities at a lower cost hotel. There was no sauna or hot tub which seemed appropriate for this price range. Floors were very slippery from wet people coming in out of the pool. The bathroom had rust and mold in it. All in all, not bad, but not worth the price.

Russ was awesome he was very and understanding and made sure all our needs was taking care of. Thank again Russ! The property itself need alots of updating in the rooms. The room had awful smell in it and water leaks. Had to be moved to another room due to it. The rooms cost to much to be uncomfortable. Yes the lobby look great that it.

Upon arrival I was given a room key that was occupied by another guest. Thankfully no one was in the room when I opened the door. I noticed their luggage and closed the door immediately. The cleaning staff was very rude when we asked for towels. The room had a smell. The shower curtain and sheets were not properly clean and had an odor . I did express this to management and was only given 10% off. I will not stay here again.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful with anything we asked. I do wish the rooms were in better shape. The bathroom walls had stuff all over it. Other members left early due to seeing mold on the ceiling.

This property is in a great location and the back patio area is on a cove of the local lake which has very nice ample seating to enjoy the water view. The hotel has a bar which is currently closed but we stopped at a local liquor store and enjoyed a pop on the back patio. There is a Mexican restaurant directly next to the property that we got take out from (Jose’s I think) and the food was really good. We would definitely stay here again.
