They don't have enough handicapped parking spots, only 4. My and i are physically handicapped and every night i would drop her off at the front entrance and i had to walk across the parking lot from the nearest spot available. Also, room is way overpriced for what you get.

The pool was not 'swimmable' It was dirty. The pool area was unkept, old life saving equipment and dirty lounge chairs. Patio furniture torn and dirty. Did not look at all like the pictures advertised.

Listed as non-smoking.. smoking allowed at entrances.. at pool area, directly under our balcony. complained, nothing done.. went on for hours, smoke sucked into when door open or by A/C when closed... Suffer from Asthma, and COPD This is why we booked on line. DID NOT live up to on line profile!!

We had water pouring through the light fixture in the restroom. I asked to be switch to another room and was told no because they were full. Once maintenance was called they decided that had an extra room that we could be switched to. While we were waiting for a new room we asked the staff for towels to clean up the water pouring out of the restroom and was told no and call the front desk all the while they had a cart of towels while they were cleaning and stocking rooms right outside our room.

Good hotel and good price

Stay was good. Only complaint was that sheets came off the bed; however, I did toss and turn a lot as normal. Room was clean and comfortable. Check in and out was easy and fast and everyone was quite nice and helpful.

We loved that the rooms and lobby were very up to date and clean! Also, it is really nice that the property is right on Lake Hamilton! The outdoor access to the lake had nice furniture and nice walkways. We did notget to use the pool.
