Great place to stay, cute and comfortable. Will admit place prob wasnât throughly cleaned as well as it should (food being left in the fridge from last person). You get what you pay for, otherwise it was awesome
Wr came to Hot Springs for the horse races. Gold Inn was a perfect sp otfor us to sleep without over spending. I would not pay more but if Gold Inn has an openi1n11I.g on our next trip we will be staying there ahain.
My friend and I stayed for 4 days and didnât have too many problems. It was a quiet neighborhood and we were left unbothered. Yes it is a little sketchy but not any different than the rest of the town. The stay itself was great. We do wish there wouldâve been 4 towels instead of 2. We had to reuse the same towel for 4 days. A bit unsanitary. Also only one bar of soap. If the stay is supposed to sleep 4 people why would there only be 2 towels, one bar of soap and 1 toilet paper roll? Also there was no bath mat which also was a sanitary issue after showering and a safety hazard considering the floor was slick. The tub itself also felt a bit slimy and slippery. There was a stain on my pillow case which led me to question if it was clean or not but I just switched it with another one so no harm no foul. Just minor critiques that could maybe be looked into or fixed. Other than that, we loved that the owner left his streaming services logged in for us to use and communicated quite well prior to us arriving! Would rather stay there than any other place in that town thatâs for sure!
Room was okay but very disappointed there was no ice on site, there was even an ice bucket. My husband was very cramped around the toilet and the seat was loose on the toilet. We are traveling west and different hotel every night with lots of driving and had been filling up our drinking cups every morning with ice but not here. You said to go to a mini Mart but I assume that would have been a 5 lb. Bag.
