It was an okay stay for one night. There were additional curtains to open the block out sun curtains so we could have any natural sunlight in. The microwave had to be moved on to the bench to plug into wall because where it was sitting there was no plug.
The only thing that I wasn't disappointed in was no coffee pot in the room. That's There firstly thing that I do every morning, have my coffee! There good thing was that there was a McDonald's right next doir!
Had been on the road hoping to get a comfortable room and shower but was met with a hot moist room upon entry. It took a while to get the temperature regulated. I went to place some food in the refrigerator but opted not because of some overpowering chemical smell. Wanted to watch tv from bed but the remote didnât work. The bathtub was dirty, so I to clean it before showering. The water drained super slow, so I had showered in water that had pooled and had extra funk in it from the drain. I could not dry my hair because there was no hairdryer and I didnât bring one. The walls were dirty throughout the room and there were roach feces on the wall in the bathroom, in addition to no tissues in the tissue holder. A huge disappointment and waste of money. Plus noisy road sounds made it difficult to sleep, along with terrible bedding.
It was adequate, but the noise from I-30, which we could see from our second-story room, was abnoxious. Good thing I brought ear plugs and slept reasonably we.
The staff was congenial and helpful.
Great experience and this is my second time staying at this motel.
I'll use it again when I visit Arkansas.
The gentleman at the front desk is very friendly and professional. Thank you so much for everything!
Needed basic room for one night while visiting family.
Clean room. Bathroom clean. No shampoo. The mattress was adequate. Convenient to Waffle House for breakfast.
The guy working the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Even called me by name when I came down later that night. So how d customer service. I felt safe at the hotel- big plus! The hallway and room smelled like pot though and it was supposed to be a non-smoking room.
It was cheap. We were moving our Daughter out of her dorm. Needed one night and our regular hotel was full. When the front desk is behind plexiglass and there are bars on some windows Not sure why when literally there is a Hilton. (Our regular hotel). Right across the street. Not scary. The room was left in a terrible time warp. There were holes in the bureau where apparently there was a tv bolted down. There were two head boards but only one bed and the bathroom was from a horror movie. And the entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. Even though there were no smoking signs. I donât think people paid attention
And soon as I opened the door and turned on the light roaches scattered. I then pulled backed the sheets and there were numerous stains on the sheets. I didnât stay there. I stayed with a friend.
