Good spot

The location of this bungalow was perfect! About 10-15 minute walk to historic district and national park so you can easily leave your car and walk everywhere which was perfect. The check-in process was as expected. We arrived early and were hoping for an early check-in but never heard back from the owner(s). The bungalow is definitely on the smaller/tighter side with 2 people and would have been really tight with 4! But overall, it was perfect and just what we needed!

Cute place and great location

The rental was cozy! It had all that we needed (and wonderfully cold air conditioning with the heat). It was very convenient, being less than a 15-minute walk to downtown / Hot Springs row. They also so kindly provided a dog bed and treats for our pupper.

Hot Springs Mountain Bungalow

The place was very clean and nicely decorated. Only a few minutes walk to Central Avenue (Bath house row)! Very safe area. We had everything we needed. We would definitely book this place again!

Pickleball Tournament

We had a great stay for the Spa City Classic. We could walk to everything and super close to event venue. Fat Jacks for karaoke was a 10/10 and super close. Host were easy to communicate with and so so helpful. Will book here for next year!

Mountain Bungalow

We really enjoyed our stay. The bungalow was well appointed and we had a peaceful getaway. All of our needs were met. It was spotless, quiet, comfy and just close enough to all the things we wanted to do to walk to. It was safe and check in was a breeze. My husband said, “Of all of the places we have ever stayed in Hot Springs, this is THE favorite.” Perfect.

Horrible owners, awful communication

I was unable to complete my trip due to the death of my mother in law. I attempted numerous times to contact the owners but all i kept getting was generic computer generated messages about how excited they were for me to stay. When i FINALLY got thru to them they said i was welcome to change days. Until it came down to actually changing days. Then it became i have to reebok and pay for a whole new reservation. Horrible business model, will NOT be rebooking!

Perfect mountain bungalow

Precious little bungalow exactly matches the description! All the little thoughtful extras, adorably decorated, super clean and cozy. Walking distance to downtown and hiking trails. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely come back!

Great Bungalow

Loved how it is within walking distance of downtown. Everything you need is there. I do not know if it was the remote or the TV but wasn't working just right. The curser would move a little bit then you had to wait a few second then it would move again. Besides that this is a great place to stay.

Great place to stay!

we wanted to get something that wasn’t one of the big hotels in town, but still close in and this was pertect. You can walk down the hill and be right on the north end of Central, and it’s not much further down to the middle of town with the bath houses and such. The bungalow was very neat and clean and well appointed, and off-street parking was a nice plus.

Extra clean cottage; excellent location

My wife and I were impressed with this super clean, well equipped, and cute duplex cottage within walking distance of downtown Hot Springs. Everything we needed was on hand, check-in was incredibly easy, and the cottage was in a quiet neighborhood. My wife loved how the owners thought of everything --- from extra toothbrushes and makeup wipes (if you forgot) to great snacks in the kitchenette. There also were helpful notes about the TV and the AC/heating unit. It's the way EVERY rental should be!!

Relaxing and Romantic

My husband and I are from central TX. We've never been to Hot Springs and wanted a location that was close to everything but didn't have the noise and traffic. This location was exactly what we were looking for. It's a minute away from bathhouse row and a short drive to local and chain restaraunts. The room had everything we needed to make breakfast, shower comfortably and relax after a day of hiking. It was clean, fresh and had toiletry items- if we had forgotten our own. The only area that we weren't completely satisfied with was the bed. The mattress is very, very soft and we kinda felt like we were sinking. The sheets felt nice, but they would not stay and were constantly sliding like they were too big for the mattress. So, nothing negligent on their part- more of a preference thing for us- so if you like super soft mattresses, you'll be golden. The air conditioning was excellent and we were very comfortable. The home is charming and great for a couple to stay comfortably, privately and with all you need for a romantic getaway. My husband said we will definitely have to return.
