This hotel is an OK stay in a pinch. The problem is that the room had a high-pitched noise that was distracting when other people in other rooms used water.

Toilet flushed poorly, few towels and wash cloths. Went out the door in the morning and a guy was standing in the doorway of the next room smoking marijuana. Manager said if we want towels we would have to come to the office to get them. Not an area I would go outside alone or at night.

A trip to hot springs

The room was very clean and nicely laid out the showers were really clean very nice hot water and the beds were so amazing my husband and i really enjoyed ourself.

Fisherman’s Warf Restaurant. Delicious food ate there both nights.

These people gave a key to my exhusband who was pretending to be my current husband. He was hiding in my room when I arrived back at the hotel. A struggle occurred and the police had to be called. They then kicked me out on the side of the street. At midnight. And have now placed me on and not rent list.

Compassion is lacking

I felt very judged and the front desk was very cold. I am going through the hardest time in my life and a little compassion would have gone a long long way. There is something wrong with the people who work at these hotels looking down on yhe people that are paying to stay there.

The people staying at the hotel was very disrespectful and rude. Harassment shouldn’t be allowed. Hotel staff and management didn’t take any action and said to stay in the rooms to avoid any further problems. Very disappointing

Checked in and even though Hotels.com said I was paid up and nothing additional they wanted a 50 dollar deposit and 20 dollars for my dog. I explained that my dog is a service dog and they waved the extra 20 until the next morning when I was checking out. THEN they wanted more information on my dog. I gave them the registration number and they said since my dog is emotional support that they still had to charge me a fee AFTER the fact instead of before. So they was up taking 20 out of the 50 dollar deposit. I have since spoke to an actual American who works the front desk for them and this employee told me they are really shady. If the trump administration wants to deport immigrants why don't they deport all of these people from India buying up hotels and gas stations and treating citizens rudely and in a shady manner instead of deporting hard working farm workers.

The room was clean, but it doesnt get cleaned during your stay. We had to hunt down a maid and get towels and toiletries. Breakfast was ok. There was eggs but no bacon or sausage and waffles. Cold cereal toast and bagels.

Staff was awesome. Room was clean. There was a $50 pre-fee that had to be paid up front for incidentals, which was returned at checkout. The only issues were the mattresses are super hard, the sink faucet backsprays, a damp humidity in the room, and a gap between door and ground.
