This house was amazing! Beautiful views, incredibly clean, quick response time from owner. We were able to bring decorations for Christmas and make it like home. The fire pit was a huge bonus! S'mores on Christmas Eve is the way to go! Plenty of towels and extra blankets. Every cooking utensil you could need. Be careful coming down the driveway in the dark. It's very steep and very hard to see.

Had a great weekend. Cabin was clean, very nice, and very comfortable. Easy access to the water and easy access to the rest of town. Will definitely be looking to stay here again when back in the area!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Melissa’s house. No complaints whatsoever! Loved the spacious outdoor space. We did some fishing but didn’t have much luck but it was very relaxing and enjoyable. The younger adults loved the outside tables where they played board games and cards. They enjoyed having Netflix and YouTube on the TV’s. I want to add that I loved that there was everything already there in case you forgot to pack things such as shampoos, conditioners, body wash, laundry and dishwashing detergents and many items such as foil, paper towels and seasonings. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

House is located in a easy area to access. The outside is set up so nice with everything you need for outdoor fun. Loved the access to the water and the dock was terrific. Will be our go to from now on. Only negative is it could new pots and pans for cooking but everything else was spot on.

property was Awesome, very clean on a quite cove with a short access to the main lake. we had a 20ft Boat at first, had concerns with the steep driveway but ended up with no problems.Beds are very confortable and awesome BBQ pits of your choicex3. We plain on staying again very soon !

Beautiful home with a lot of extra amenities! The kayaks where a huge bonus as we had 5 kids with us. The outdoor area was perfect to sit around the fire at night and grill during the day. We enjoyed a lot of fishing of the dock as well. Communication with the host was remarkable and she was so pleasant.

25 Holladay Vacation

This open concept home was perfect for our family. We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces: sunny sun bathing, shaded pavilion all at the waters edge, the upper area provided outdoor dining and fire pit all in a fenced area. We played games from closet. What a good selection of games! This home is stocked like no other! Our favorite had to be the kayaks and paddle boards. The lake is perfect for water activities! The whole package could be featured on HGTV on Vacation Rentals!

Nice time overall, but property needs some attention

The location right on the water was really neat, and we enjoyed being able to access the lake out the back door. We also appreciated being able to bring our pups and the kayaks and boat. Unfortunately, the house needs a deep cleaning, and the bedding could use an upgrade. The house has a cluttered feeling when you start trying to cook and open cabinets and drawers. There are lots of random things left behind in the bathrooms, kitchen, and backyard from past guests. There was broken tile, old fishing line and hooks, and a general unkempt feeling in the backyard area. Overall, we had a nice time but we would’ve appreciated a property that was better maintained for the price we paid.

I absolutely loved the place at first, but by the third day, we noticed that the washer wasn’t functional and there were a few roaches. However, the host was proactive and provided us with money to go to the laundromat and pick up some spray. Overall, I appreciated their responsiveness.

Awesome weekend stay!

We stayed here for an extended weekend while in town for a gymnastics competition. House was wonderful! Property was beautiful! Just enough space for our family and dogs to enjoy each other and the wonderful views. Even caught some nice fish from the backyard! Would gladly stay again.

A chill, low key, great vacation rental.

We were in the area for a week, visiting the national park and other local attractions. The house was convenient, clean, easy to access/get to and from. It was an all around good experience. My kids had a great time fishing and kayaking. We were able to chill out and get away. Thanks.

We had such a lovely stay here. The home was clean and spacious for our large family. We were close to downtown and activities, but far enough out that we didn't feel like we were in the city. The water and dock set up is perfect and provided a lot of fun for the family.The owners were very quick to respond, which was helpful and appreciated.This is a great place to stay!

Night Beauty

This was a great place to stay for the price on Lake Hamilton. We thoroughly enjoyed the ambience of the night. From the Big picture window, where you can see the lit up back area, to sitting outside on the back patio with a fire pit and the lights from Lake Hamilton off in the view. Loved the bluetooth speakers outside you could play music from. Relaxing!!! I loved that if we had wanted to kayak we could have. Nice layout, bed comfy. Definitely pet friendly, with a little in out door and with fenced in area open to the water. Newly renovated. Snacks and a welcome note with cell numbers for easy communication. Very responsive and super nice. Just a min from Walmart a plus. The only con I can say is out of there control. The view across into the neighbor's yards are not as picturesque during the day and not enough to deter another stay, especially if you stay visiting all the beautiful sites in the area.

Spring break in Hot Springs

Couldn’t have picked a better spot! House is conveniently located to everything you want to do in Hot Springs. Owners were very communicative with the questions we had and they had everything you’ll need for your trip. We will definitely be back next time we come to Hot Springs!
