"The stay was very pleasant. The hotel had recently opened. All the waiters and head chefs were very kind. The reception staff seemed a bit stressed and overwhelmed. The organization needs improvement. In the evenings, the programs were always spontaneous, and the guests had no idea what was planned for the day. The pictures on this platform do not match the actual rooms. The photos show direct access to the pool, but the description says otherwise — this could be adjusted to avoid being misleading. The food is excellent with a wide variety of options. Would gladly come again."
