"Lage TOP- Zimmer FLOP Der Eingangsbereich, sowie das Ambiente im Restaurant und Bar war ansprechend. Das war in den Fluren, sowie in den Zimmern anders. Das "Deluxe-Zimmer" war mit einem Low-Cost Zimmer vergleichbar. Das Zimmer war klein, eng und mit einem uralten Bad ausgestattet. Im Badezimmer gab es kaum Ablageflächen, die Armaturen waren angerostet/ angelaufen, wir müssten über den Wannenrand der alten Badewanne klettern, um zu duschen. Das Bad verfügte über keine Pflegemittel, außer Seife. Im Zimmer selber gab es einen Wasserkocher, welchen wir in dem verkalkten Zustand nicht verwenden wollten. Es gab keine Mini- Bar und noch nicht einmal eine Flasche Wasser. Nach Reklamation an der Rezeption und Nachfrage, ob es sich dabei wirklich um das Deluxe Zimmer handelt, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die „Normalen“ Zimmer noch älter sind. Unsere mitgeteilte Unzufriedenheit und Kritik wurde gehört, jedoch wurde Nichts unternommen, um uns zufrieden zu stellen. "
