"No wifi or hardly any internet connection in rooms. Only in the lobby or close to the elevator it's working, else: no way.
The, know about the issue but do not solve it.
Further: very bad service at the receptio . They ignore you or walk away. They do not solve any problem and serve other guests and try not to look at you. If you want a problem fixes: they don't. Literally: one guy ignored me and afterwarda pointed at his new colleague which just arrived. Asked him and they guy just said he will not help me, took his bag and walked away. Reception was afterwarda empty for 30min....
