"Wir hatten das Hotel in Liverpool im Rahmen einer Tour durch den Osten Kanadas für drei Nächte gebucht, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Im Großen und Ganzen war es für diesen Zweck ganz gut geeignet. Das Hotel selbst liegt in einem Industriegebiet und bietet keinerlei Charme. Gegenüber ist eine Baustelle, auf der morgens um sieben Uhr die Arbeiten beginnen. Wir haben nach einer Nacht das Zimmer gewechselt. Den Wunsch hat man uns problemlos erfüllt, was positiv zu vermerken ist. Das „complementary“ Frühstück bietet weniger als jedes „complementary“ Frühstück, das wir je in einem Kettenhotel erlebt haben. Dazu ist auch der Raum dafür laut und ungemütlich. In einer solchen Umgebung will man eigentlich nicht frühstücken. Insgesamt war das Hotel für den Zweck der Erkundung der Umgebung ok – man fährt morgens weg und kommt abends zurück – aber kein Platz zum Wohlfühlen. "
