"Wir haben dieses Hotel für eine Woche gebucht. Das Zimmer war angenehm gross, allerdings liess die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. Das Badezimmer war deutlich renovierungsbedürftig – Schimmel in den Fugen und eine rostige Badewanne vermitteln keinen gepflegten Eindruck. Auch die Duschtücher hatten Löcher. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt war die Organisation: Obwohl wir bereits beim Check-In bezahlt hatten, war dies im System nicht hinterlegt, und wir wurden beim Check-Out erneut zur Zahlung aufgefordert. Mit unserem Hund durften wir nur im Vorraum des Restaurants frühstücken. Leider mussten wir dort an vier von sieben Tagen den Tisch selbst decken – mit Besteck aus dem Hauptraum. Das Frühstück selbst war jedoch qualitativ gut. Insgesamt ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt dringend ein Update in Sachen Servicequalität und Sauberkeit. Für den Preis hätten wir definitiv mehr erwartet."

"Tolle Lage, gemütliches Bett und freundliches Personal. Gut fanden wir auch das Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, sodass wir mit offenen Fenstern schlafen konnten, ohne uns über Mücken Gedanken machen zu müssen. Was nicht so gut war: Das Housekeeping kam zwei Mal in das Zimmer, ohne vorher zu anzuklopfen. Ein kleines Regal am Bett hing nur noch lose an der Wand, das hätte doch schon vorher jemanden auffallen und behoben werden müssen. Und was wir leider gar nicht verstehen und total schade finden: Das Hotel verfügt über ein ganz gemütliches und schickes Café/Restaurant. Das grundsätzlich leckere Frühstück muss jedoch in zwei ungemütlichen, engen und fensterlosen, dunklen Räumen eingenommen werden. Ein paar wenige Tische im Café/Restaurant sind zwar eingedeckt, aber natürlich belegt oder werden auch auf Nachfrage nicht neu eingedeckt. Das ist für uns leider ein No-Go und der Grund, warum wir bei unseren jährlichen Besuchen von Terschelling das NAP als Unterkunft nicht wieder wählen werden - sehr schade."
