Santiago Bay Garden & Resort

"Die Hotelanlage schaut schon sehr renovierungsbedürftig aus. Etliche Bereiche im Garten, diverse Stiegenabgäbge, ... sind wegen Verwilderung / Verwitterung geschlossen. Im Badezimmer war an der Decke Schimmel, der Duschkopf und der Wasserhahn waren total verkalkt, sodass fast kein Wasser floss. Es gab keinen Safe und das Reinigungspersonal hat aus dem verschlossenen Gepäcksstück im Zimmer Geld entwendet. Leider war das Hotelmanagement mit der Situation völlig überfordert. Als Konsequenz wurde unsere Zimmer nur noch in unserer Anwesenheit gereinigt. Da wir nicht jeden Tag rund um die Uhr im Zimmer waren, wurde unser Zimmer tageweise gar nicht gereinigt. Zusammfassend keine Empfehlung wert."
