"Betreff: Beschwerde über unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich möchte mich über unseren Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel beschweren, da wir mit verschiedenen Aspekten sehr unzufrieden waren. Wir hatten ein vollständiges Paket gebucht, aber nach unserer Ankunft stellte sich heraus, dass wir selbst zum Hotel fahren mussten, da kein Shuttle-Service vom Flughafen angeboten wurde. Bei der Übergabe des Zimmerschlüssels wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass viele der im Paket enthaltenen Dienstleistungen wie der Zugang zum Pool, zur Sauna und zu Fahrrädern zusätzliche Kosten verursachen würden, was nicht den Informationen bei der Buchung entsprach. Darüber hinaus waren die angebotenen Speisen ungenießbar und schienen mehrere Tage alt zu sein. Das Gemüse und der Salat waren verdorben. Die Zimmer waren dreckig und entsprachen überhaupt nicht den Fotos auf Ihrer Website. Zudem war es sehr laut, was unseren Aufenthalt weiter beeinträchtigte. Insgesamt war es eine äußerst enttäuschende Erfahrung, und wir fühlen uns, als hätten wir unser Geld verschwendet. Wir werden Ihr Hotel niemandem empfehlen. Ich hoffe, dass Sie unsere Beschwerde ernst nehmen und entsprechende Maßnahmen ergreifen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Mahmoudi"
