Fußweg zum Ostseedamm 10 Minuten.Gartenbereich des Hauses ungepflegt - zugewachsen; dadurch im Souterrainbereich etwas dunkel..Terrassenbereich nicht gesäubert - reichlich Spinnweben - entspricht nicht dem Internetauftritt.Im Innenbereich des Hauses viele Spinnweben, Fenster nicht geputzt, verstaubte Ablagen, Wasserarmaturen in Küche und Gästetoilette reparaturbedürftig, Geschirr- und Geräteausstattung in Ordnung, Souterrainbereich muss bei kühlem Wetter beheizt werden, Plissees an Fenstern teils defekt, Gaszentralheizung gut, viel Wasserverlust bis Warmwasser am Hahn bzw. der Dusche verfügbar ist - infolge vergleichsweise viel Gasverbrauch.
